We couldn’t have asked for better!Relocating for work in such a short time frame felt like an impossible task until we met Jemima at Ocean. She let us virtually view the property (something every other estate agent we’d come across refused to accommodate), was on hand to answer all our questions and kept us in the loop at all times during our application process. She was knowledgeable, professional and was just such a warm and friendly individual.

Ocean, Portishead take a very long time to do searches, 10 weeks since offer so far. They don't reply to emails and when you telephone the Conveyancer, you don't get further than the Receptionist! I have advised my daughter to transfer her house purchase to a Solicitor!

GoogleOmg, the worst property agency ever! If you hear the name Ocean Property Management Company or NGB, just run away. They are not professional at all. The staff were not treated well, and they even entered our house without our permission. We are still struggling to get our deposit back as they want to deduct too much money. When we moved into the flat, it was really dirty, and we had to spend a lot of money to make it livable, especially with a one-year-old baby. Again and again, the only solution is to stay away from this agency!

If you live in a shared house, they WILL conduct viewings without giving any notice. This has happened at least 3 times in the fairly short period of time that I've been living in one of their properties, even after we emailed them about it, despite the fact that it's illegal. Sometimes the contractors are quick fixing maintenance issues, other times not
