GoogleWe had an absolutely horrendous stay in one of their propertys. Nobody was acknowledging any of our complaints until one of us became injured by the ceiling collapsing! No apologies, no refund, no response since. Totally unprofessional.

Jemima and the team were incredibly helpful and made the process as stress free as possible. Everything was done quickly and they kept in contact throughout the whole process and ensured we were kept up to date with how things were progressing at each stage. Would recommend Ocean and Jemima to everyone, couldn’t fault the service we were given.

GoogleWould rate 0 if I could. Worst, most unprofessional letting agency I have ever been with. Horrendous communication e.g. our letting agent left the company without warning and nobody informed us so we spent months sending emails to a defunct address. Our flat had mould that was never sorted despite several reports. Any time we had an issue they would send their 'handyman' to avoid paying more than they needed to and he would never fix a problem. Our boiler started leaking and they sent him instead of a plumber and he 'fixed' it so we had to manually fill it every time we needed water. Highly unprofessional staff who are rude over the phone and email, and have no empathy for problems they caused e.g. not asking our landlord if he was selling a month before our contract was set to renew, giving us very limited time to find somewhere new. They never take the time to read emails properly and misunderstand information which they then make accusations regarding. They pit tenants against each other and side with the ones they like better. Instead of answering the phone sometimes they will play a "we are now closed" message during opening hours. Took them a month to even start processing our deposit return and they tried to claim our entire thing back by blaming issues on my dog which were completely false and claiming money on things we have proof were already damaged and proof that we asked to be repaired. They are vile scam artists. Do not go with this letting agency, the stress and upset is not worth it!

I chose Ocean Conveyancing for the legal aspect to keep things tidy. On price, they're fair and their service, matched the professionalism of Ocean Estates. Olivia, extremely knowledgeable, was my point of contact and helped throughout the legal selling process, assisted by an experienced team.
