I used Ocean during January to let out my property. I chose Ocean for the good service they gave me last time. All of the options were explained to me thoroughly and I was able to make informed decisions throughout the process. In particular, Lily at Ocean Bradley Stoke was excellent at communicating with me at all times, making sure I was always kept in the loop. She made sure that the prospective tenants she suggested were suitable for my requirements, and vice versa, and helped to arrange introductions. She made the process smooth and efficient, and I felt re-assured that my home would be well looked after. I would highly recommend Ocean Bradley Stoke to anyone looking to rent out their property.

Lily is really knowledgable and has explained the letting process really clearly and supported me through every step. She has taken a lot of stress away from me with dealing with all the legal bits and tenancy. Communication is brilliant, keeping me updated and I have found ocean extremely reliable.

Oceans mortgage advisory service has been second to none. My partner and I have experienced a number of hurdles with buying our first property together but Simon Lack at Ocean has been a constant and reassuring source of support through all of them. From our first meeting we were offered helpful, accessible and pragmatic advice. This has enabled us to find our first home within a reasonable budget and still have some cash in the bank. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional, he has been easy to get hold of when needed and consistently trustworthy. She was out of office during those 2 days but still she gave prompt replies to all our queries. She has even arranged a second viewing for us. This is not a common task due to local and immigration regulations that you are unfamiliar with as foreign company. William has been very professional in communication, the company verification phase and closing the agreement. Making an enquiry about an apartment in Central Bristol had proved quite tricky over the Festive Season but having spotted a perfect one online we contacted Ocean Lettings & was not only promptly answered but given a viewing appointment the next day. That went well & so we said we’d like to take it. After filling in our details for Ocean to pass by the landlord we got a swift positive result. When I first met Ella from the Bishopston office, I knew she was the ideal person to sell my house. She has a natural gift for making you feel comfortable, as well as possessing excellent people skills - allowing space during viewings or knowing when to intervene, if potential buyers needed more attention/ information. In addition, Ocean also employ a fantastic Photographer providing classy and unique images, to sell your home. Ella is dedicated and ensures that you receive the best personal care, from start to finish. She is efficient and has kept me informed on all aspects of the conveyancing process. After a small miscommunication to begin the process on what particular Mortgage was available to us, we have had nothing but excellent service from Ocean. Tracey Green has always been on hand to answer questions and liaise with the lender/solicitor/vendor, etc. Even when our mortgage extension application dropped in the week that Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwateng were trying to destroy the house buying market, Tracey was on hand to guide things through smoothly. So thanks to Neil Butler and Tracey for setting us up and supporting us through this whole process.
