GoogleAs a buyer, one can't choose the agent you deal with, more's the pity. What luck our perfect house in Brighton was being offered by Nicholas James! Nick and the team were a joy to deal with, professional, polite, enthusiastic, diligent, knowledgeable and did everything to help drive the process through swiftly ensuring all parties were kept well informed. Communication is key and was handled promptly and transparently. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas James Property.

GoogleHaving experienced a far few estate agents both as landlord and tenant, I can highly recommend Nicholas James. They are friendly and approachable, efficient and responsive. I came to know them recently as a tenant. After months of missing out on properties (as I was not always the first one to view a property), I was surprised and impressed that they seem not to support this 'first come first gets approach', unlike others. Nicholas James accept offers from all who are interested and let the landlord decide the best one. As a vital gateway between landlord and tenant, their fairness really stood out to me. This is a good agency. Their staff are friendly and efficient; their administration prompt and effective. They helped me secure a great new place with relative ease and the agent was more than happy to organise a second viewing and was responsive to my needs. Dont hesitate to use them! GoogleNicholas, James and the team have taken customer service to a different level, in my opinion. They recently sold my flat whilst I was overseas and they couldn't have done more to make the process as smooth as possible. Of course they know what they are doing as they have decades of experience between them but, most importunately for me, is that fact they are such nice people. I wholeheartedly recommend them to sell your property.

We let our property just as the lockdown started and I have felt reassured throughout that Luke and the team have everything in hand.
