Our sincere thanks to Nick and James and Luke for a brilliant, professional service. We have worked with their team to consider all aspects of selling and letting our property. Throughout all our discussions and working together they have been intelligent, well informed and with a clear expertise in the industry as well as detailed local knowledge. I have already signposted several friends to them as I consider them to be both likeable and friendly and excellent at their jobs and with none of the pushy estate agents patter you can sometimes encounter! I have particularly valued their carefully thought out way of doing things and their clarity in their policies and ways of working. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. There is always a sense of being in ‘safe hands’ with them. Trustworthy, diligent, courteous, extremely smart, and ‘switched on’ generally. In 25 years of living in Brighton (and buying and selling and renting in this time) I have never had a better or more pleasant experience in all things property. I consider them to be likeable and truthful, as well as great at the business side of things.

From the offset, Nicholas James stood out as more focussed on selling my property compared to other agents who seemed more interested in upselling their other services/referrals. Marketing was hugely effective and had a host of viewings and early offers within days. Worked with James to hold out for the right buyers for me, who soon came along. James was faultless throughout the conveyancing process and was very active when the process with solicitors was slowing down. James, Nick and the team were great thought out the whole selling process, the whole team is very professional. Communication was spot on throughout the selling process, we were kept well informed and after each viewing provided with regular feed back from each potential buyer. Hands down the best estate agents I've ever worked with. I initially rented from Nicholas James when I moved to the area and they went above and beyond to support me with my move (and a lovely bottle of fizz to welcome me in!). Luke was incredibly supportive when I was feeling a little out of sorts from the move. I then ended up buying a property through Nicholas James and Luke again managed the entire process and was extremely supportive, ensured the process was as smooth as possible - it's my second house purchase and the most stress-free I've had! I used Nicolas James to let a 3 bedroom property in Brighton . The whole experience was seamless from start to finish . The property let on the first day of viewings and I was kept constantly in touch with updates right up to the day the tenant moved in . Having let out property before this was by far a much more professional experience and far less stressful for me . We have since had Nick round to do a valuation on our home which again was done with great professionalism but no pressure . I can not recommend Nicolas James highly enough
