I’ve worked with James at Nicholas James Estate Agents in Hove on multiple property purchases and they also manage lettings for me. The service has been excellent throughout. If you’re looking for a reliable estate agent in Hove or Brighton, I would highly recommend them. James is extremely knowledgeable about the Brighton & Hove property market and has been very helpful when buying property locally. He is always responsive, professional and easy to deal with, which makes the whole buying process much smoother. What really stands out is that James is always honest, even when it’s to his own short term detriment. I’ve recently moved to Brighton in a property managed by Nicholas James. The whole team I dealt with from beginning to end and in particualr Keri, were fantastic. Moves are always stressful but they were consummate professionals and made securing the flat and moving into it as stress free as moves can be. Having dealt with estate agents in Brighton before as well as other places in the UK, this is probably the best experience I’ve had and I would highly recommend them.

James Perry at Nicholas James estate agents, Hove was absolutely superb. I live over 200 miles away from the flat that was being sold. What was important to me was finding a genuine and transparent agent who would act in our best interests. James and I met at the property. I had arranged to see two other agents. By some distance James was the best. Not just about price and some of the usual services, but transparency, honesty and a very professional approach to keeping me informed. Importantly he would take personal responsibility for the viewings, many agents say this but don't deliver, James did. At every stage he led not only the sale and viewings but kept me informed of progress far more efficiently than our conveyancer ever managed. He made the whole process reassuring and professional. I only dealt with Nick throughout the whole process and I always found him to be approachable, helpful, warm and genuine and a brilliant mediator between myself and the vendors.
