We first met James when we viewed the property, he was professional, friendly and knew all the details and answers all of our questions regarding the place we were looking at unlike other estate agents. Replies to phone calls and e-mails were always prompt. Negotiations with the seller always very transparent which all helped to move the purchase along smoothly. GoogleHighly recommend using these guys. Recently used them to buy our first home and was informed "we were in good hands" by a friend who already knew of them when I said who we were buying through. They were not wrong and as first time buyers we had a plenty of questions to ask and processes to learn. Any questions we had were always answered quickly and in a manner we would understand with this being our first buy. Even after I was unsuccessful with a mortgage application, Nicholas James put me in contact with a fantastic mortgage brokers (Mortgage Medics) who managed to get me an offer, despite the pressures of Covid-19 and the current financial climate.
