Agents have been very proactive, with a special mention for my Property Manager Parris - ever since making the first introduction call to me, every interaction has been really good: efficient, professional, proactive, approachable, friendly, completely “on it”. As the landlord I know I’m in really good hands, communication for both me and the tenants is swift, queries are resolved quickly and amicably, and the property cared for. Totally recommended!

Dee, Felix and Holly were on our team in the Kemptown office. We set them a difficult task - sell our rented flat first then ours subsequently. Despite MANY ups and downs and two COMPLETELY useless sets of solicitors they succeeded and we are now settled in our new house and very thankful we had them on our side, particularly Dee who is the most tenacious, supportive and determined of estate agents … without her continued dedication and can-do attitude we wouldn’t be were we are now. GoogleI will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them. In May 2022, I have reserved to purchase a flat (BN Vista) in Hove. Their plan was to finish building this block of flats in Q4 2022. I had to rent a flat until I can move into this flat. It was so hard to find a tenancy for such a short term, no one would allow me to rent a room shorter than 6 months, also no one allows me to live with my cat in a rental flat or a room. I ended up moving into a shared house. I had to take my cat to my ex husband's home until BN Vista was built and ready to move in. Since June, I kept going back to see the construction site, and get disappointed by seeing nothing has been done. In July, they told me that there will be scafolding and this is on track for Q4 this year. Nearly everyday, I went to see the site, and found no difference since May. In September, once again I asked them when this building will be built. After 4 months living alone, missing my cat, I was exhausted. They suddenly sent an email to tell me that this was postponed to July 2023. Since I reseved and paid 2000 pounds for reservation fee, it was a heart breaking news, and since I miss my cat so much, and tired of living in a shared house, I decided to cancel this purchase. If I didn't reserve BN Vista, I would have found another property and moved in by now. Now I have found another property to buy, and hoping to move into my new flat in December. If I knew it was going to be in June next year, I would have lived in a rental flat, with my cat. Their communication was so disorganised, and in reality I am missing my cat so much, I am missing living in a entire flat. I am tired of living in a shared house. They also didn't care about introducing alternative properties. One of them even called me to tell me the flat I made enquiry is not available, however the flat is still on Rightmove. Also they told me they don't have any property available I can afford. In their email they mentioned that they would introduce me alternative properties, however they haven't given me any alternatives. I can afford £240 and a lot of properties are under the price I can afford. I will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them. I am now really feeling unsettled. I this whole year i felt so , angry and unsettled. Please give me back time.
BN-Vista update. As you are aware there have been delays in the external walling system which has meant that there appears to be no progress, however internally work has been progressing at pace. We unfortunately cannot offer access to inspect this progress or see individual apartments due to general site safety, which is normal for construction sites. External work is now under way and the development is on-track for the Summer completion with many happy buyers patiently waiting for their apartments. We are sorry you’ve been unable to wait for your apartment and are unhappy with the outcome but the majority of the delays have been unavoidable in these post Covid and Brexit times, both of which have been underlying causes for delays.

After using MIshon Mackay over many years on previous property sales I am sad to write this review. After 5 mths, accepting an offer on my property via MM Hove and securing another property via MM Rottingdean, very disappointed that the sale has fallen through (with no valid reason given), which I believe is solely down to mismanagement from both branches. Appears that Hove branch has recently been subject to complete change of staff, a new manager has been appointed but at no time has contacted me. And now understand that the manager of Rottingdean is now leaving ??? I was contacted by Glenn new manager of Rottingdean yesterday but too little too late I’m afraid. No follow up as promised.Sorry there is something seriously wrong in-house and I wouldn’t recommend, unless you want to waste time and money.

Overall - this was really good customer service. It took a bit of chasing to speak to someone who could help me with my issue, but when I was able to speak with the property manager, Joe Oakley, he was extremely efficient and prompt with his help, and the matter was resolved within minutes.
