Lextons have been brilliant from day 1 - every single person in the office is extremely personable and helpful. Peter's valuation was spot on, their marketing material was excellent, Jayne was super efficient with all the paperwork. Their prepping of the sales team for selling was really impressive. George worked her magic and sold it before it even made it onto Rightmove and they got us the asking price! Then Karen joined just as we were progressing our sale and worked her socks off to make exchange happen in some very tricky situations at times. I literally cannot fault them. I would recommend them 100%. An absolute pleasure to work with them all. A highly professional and really likable team.

We’ve just recently sold our property through Lextons and our overall experience was fantastic! Ollie and George helped us in the initial stages with getting the house onto the market and sold. We had constant communications and when our first buyers unfortunately pulled out on the day of exchange, they already had a list of people to view it within a day and within less than a week we had a new buyer! We were so grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting things back on track. Karen then dealt with the sale and again, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We bought a house through Lextons. They worked really hard in getting us the house we wanted. At times it felt like they were our agent. We were in a long complicated chain, and if it wasn't for Peter and his team pushing and progressing the sale through all the way down the chain, I don't think we would've moved at all (the entire process took almost six months to complete due to the huge chain!). Peter always went out of his way to offer advice and kept us well informed of what was going on. I'm not planning to ever move again, but if for some reason we have to, I would definitely go through Lextons to sell. Thank you Lextons (especially Georgia, Peter and Vicki)! You've been great!

Amazing service! Have just exchanged on a flat marketed by Lexton's. George Meyer was great in getting me in to see it immediately, and getting an offer accepted very quickly. Karen Franks then took over the process from the accepted offer to exchange/completion, and she was amazing. Although the vendor was obviously Lexton's client, the service I received as a buyer was incredible. Karen kept me updated throughout the process, particularly when my solicitors were busy. Her knowledge of the legal aspects of buying/selling property was impressive, and she was able to explain each step of the process to me in a way that made sense, and to alert me to specific points in the process where my input would be needed so that we could progress the purchase quickly. Karen responded to all of my questions in a very timely fashion, and did everything possible to make the process as smooth as possible. When we hit the inevitable bumps and frustrations that arise when buying and selling property, Karen managed to keep me sane! In short, Lexton's, and particularly Karen, went above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Our property had been on the market for some months and our existing Estate Agent was advising the market was slow and very few people were looking. Lextons contacted us and said they had several strong prospects and people looking for a flat like ours so we decided to give them a try. Within a week at least 12 people had viewed our flat and we got a firm offer within about 10 days. The service was excellent and very enthusiastic, but what was most impressive was how the service continued after the offer was accepted - they kept everyone continualy informed and updated and ensured information was constantly communicated from the very first meeting to the final Exchange and Completion last week. Claudia and the team were excellent at Lextons. Firstly, she found us our house! After that she was clear and straightforward about the potential complications with the purchase. However, most importantly, when it looked like it was going wrong and we were getting bogged down in technicalities, she rallied everyone involved to work to our target exchange date. Incredibly dissatisfied

Incredibly dissatisfied. I was sold a property by Lextons that was advertised as a two bedroom property. When I tried to re sell my property with Lextons some time later I was not only met by appalling customer service including a surveyor letting themselves into my property without notice,whilst my daughter was in bed, offers on my property not put in writing, rudeness and pressure from negotiator, and lastly discovering that my two bedroom property was in fact a one bedroom property. Apparently, building regulations dictate that i can not advertise the property I bought from Lextons as a two bedroom property, as a two bedroom property. Lextons clearly intentionally mis represented and advertised the property as a two bedroom property.

We didn’t encounter the best experience…

We didn’t encounter the best experience with Lextons even though we were buying and selling through the same agent. They seem to be more about the money they will get rather than the service they would give. They were more on the side of our buyer (who was paying nothing to them) rather than us. The only reason they have any stars is that one of their agents George was very delightful
