The absolute BEST estate agent in Hove

The absolute BEST estate agent we have ever dealt with in Brighton & Hove, in fact, anywhere we have lived! We have bought and sold a lot in B&H over the years and we have never met anyone with the tenacity, dedication and willpower to get her client what they want and need until we decided to sell through Claudia Romano. Lextons has been exceptional to work with on every level. I genuinely cannot recommend Claudia enough - she is the most affable, professional estate agent who communicates with you brilliantly and constantly, even to deliver the grotty news, so you never feel out of the loop. Could not have asked for a better person to sell our property. I will be recommending her to everyone I know who wishes to buy or sell a property.

I have used Lexton's for both buying property and selling property. Unlike other estate agencies they did not bombard me with the wrong properties and waste my time, they listened to what my requirements were and only contacted me when they were meet. When in came to selling my place James Pepper was outstanding in a difficult selling market and although my property was only small, he still gave it as much time and focus as the bigger places. The best estate agents and auctioneers in Brighton and Hove by a long way.

Pregnant with our first baby and in the midst of a pandemic (COVID-19), we were desperately seeking a home to move to. We arranged to see a number of places through Lextons and dealt with Claudia both times. We really appreciated her honest and open style, humour and expertise. She went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move in before baby arrived (she kept the pressure on, chasing solicitors and mortgage advisors on our behalf and was always available to deal with my jitters and anxiety about hold ups in the process). Throughout the sale of our flat Claudia was an amazing estate agent. Through all the COVID lockdowns, Claudia put our safety and our viewer's safety as the highest priority. Claudia's communications were fast and useful. From hearing a couple of her viewings, she incredibly thorough and offered viewers insightful observations, and had clearly taken on board all of the information we had given her about our property (and bolstered this with her own knowledge of the area). In what was a difficult process due to other elements of the chain, Claudia went above and beyond to ensure it did not fall through and without her input I'm certain the chain would have collapsed. We have recently sold our house through Lextons and had an excellent experience. James was superb throughout the process and always on hand to offer advice and support. When we decided to sell, I spoke to a few agents to gather information on the market. James was the one that stood out the most - friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy (unlike one or two others I spoke to). We also had a few requirements including limiting viewings, which they were very happy to support with - and subsequently sold our house after two open houses (having booked viewing after viewing!). James also offered his advice on a few questions I had about they houses we were looking to buy. And, they were even on hand to support when my printer decided to give up the ghost as I was printing out the paperwork! I can't recommend Lextons enough. If you are thinking of selling, I would genuinely suggest having a conversation with them.

I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and quality shown in Claudia's marketing of my property. At the same time as my property was on the market I was viewing properties through other agents. The contrast in professionalism shown was astounding. Right from the off Claudia did a fantastic job The photos were beautifully taken. The marketing and adverts were excellent. The plan was to pull together a viewing weekend, using online marketing and existing prospects, which was a huge success. We had 20 viewings over 2 days and above asking offers flooding in on the Monday. When the sale seemed to be floundering over Covid clauses in the contracts Claudia was on hand to keep all parties moving, and to get the sale over the line.
