We used Jacobs Steel to sell a property over the past few months and they have been absolutely brilliant - professional and helpful throughout. The team were thoughtful and professional from the first interaction to the last. The element I most recommend is that you are allocated a 'sales progressor', someone dedicated to supporting your sale. I was a little unsure about how helpful this would be in practice, but it honestly was fantastic. The sales progressor kept in regular contact with us and the buyer and provided an essential communication channel when things got stuck (usually due to conveyancing issues) and helped keep the sale moving forwards, with the perfect amount of intervention. I was very impressed at how successful and supportive this element of the service was: it created massive value for me and significantly reduced some of the most stressful aspects of house selling.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Jacobs Steel, and in particular our Sales progressor Rachel who was fabulous throughout the 7 month process! She was proactive, professional and efficient all rolled into one. She made us feel like her number one priority despite having multiple other clients to deal with every day. Also Greg McGugh who valued our property was a delight to work with and also very professional in getting us to market and finding us a buyer.I would definitely use Jacobs Steel again.

GoogleWe didn't make life very easy for the team at Jacobs Steel. We saw the house we wanted before ours had even been valued, let alone gone on the market. However, Matt and the sales team worked unbelievably hard and managed to get our house on the market and offers within a week, which meant we could put in the offer on the property we wanted, and now we're just a few days away from moving. Richard has also been great, very helpful during the exchange period and kept us updated along the way. It's definitely been the most positive experience either of us have ever had with an estate agent and we will use them again for sure (hopefully in less stressful circumstances next time).

Although we had been on a long journey with our house purchase previous to Jacob Steel, we finally got the keys and have to say that Richard Wetherall excelled on every level . He was in constant contact and nothing was too much trouble .His calming influence and experience helped navigate us through any issues we encountered during our journey to completion . The Manager and staff were particularly helpful to my sister in law who had never sold a property in her life she is over 65 and not used to paperwork. They managed all the viewings and then gave her expert advice on which was the best purchaser to accept an offer from. Through the whole process, they gave her support and confidence to make decisions and ensure all the forms and documents were completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleGreat Estate Agent and definitely know their stuff for the area I was buying/selling in (Poets Corner/Central Hove). Everyone was very easy to reach and even though my purchase was complicated (not their fault at all), Richard and Co did everything possible to resolve it on time, which they did! Would happily use them again and their expansion across the coast is clearly down to their efforts, knowledge and communication!
