GoogleThe Harringtons Lettings team have treated us kindly, fairly and with such professionalism since we first made contact. We have dealt with both the Lettings and property management team however I feel I could call any of them to help us if needed - they are all fantastic and I cannot speak highly enough of them especially when there are so many adverage and poor lettings agents in the area! It has been a pleasure.

GoogleI have rented through Harrington for the past three years and have had no issues with the letting agency. They supported our flat in dealing with a particularly troublesome co-tenant and dealt with this issue with discretion and professionalism.

GoogleRecently rented with Harrington's the staff were all a pleasure to deal with mainly spoke with Kate she was very professional and helpful. The admin fees are a little on the high side however not unusual these days.

Absolutely appalled by the conditions in rented house. Had to seek support from environmental health - mould, damp, unsanitary. Paying over 2k per month for somewhere not fit for habitation. Not sure how agency and landlord sleep at night. I note positive reviews are from landlords on here not tenants.

GoogleI have to say I was VERY impressed with the level of service provided by the team at Harringtons Lettings. They were friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to rent a property in the Brighton and Hove area. I expressed interest on a number of properties on their website, and I was set up on viewings almost immediately. I'd strongly recommend them.

GoogleWe viewed two rental properties with an agent from Harringtons Lettings. The agent was very helpful and informative and gave us plenty of information about the property and even the surrounding area. I would go so far as saying it was the best agent experience we had on our journey of 10 properties. I would definitely recommend Harringtons and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleVery good experience with Harrington's Lettings. Renting from here for my second year at uni. Very helpful answering any questions and dealt with us quickly and efficiently. Only issue would be that they didn't mention that our house viewing would be a group house viewing with other people, which wasn't necessarily a problem, just a bit of a surprise and a bit cramped.

GoogleLiving in a house let by them. They’ve been professional and helpful and have had no troubles or upset with them so far. Also had help attaining white goods for an unfurshied flat by the help of Reece and have had many easy and professional phone calls with Rachael. So all in all I’m pleased with the service I’ve been provided!

GoogleFirst year renting a property as a student* Dissatisfied with Harrington's, could not find a good relationship with staff. Large fees and not treated as well as I would have thought but maybe this is what it is like being a student and dealing with properties. Can understand why they would bribe tenants for good reviews . All the best
