Good Morning Sajan We do not have any involvement in your deposit return, it is dealt with directly by your landlords and therefore cannot comment on the claims that have been made or the works that have been carried out as they are also not contractors that we use. We can confirm that cleaners attended the property as they were present when the inventory was due to be carried out. Again any other works I cannot comment on as we are not party to the decisions and claims made. Kind Regards Emma Gretton
