GoogleVery impressed with Hamptons in selling our house efficiently despite a pandemic and would highly recommend this particular professional team. As new parents wanting to sell our house we were initially worried that putting our house on the market was going to overwhelm us. Our worries were completely taken care of. Martina came to the house (pre-Covid) and helped me fill in the paperwork whilst I was feeding and made the start of the process simple and stress free. We were well supported when Covid hit by Martina David and Paul, and the whole process went very smoothly considering the circumstances. After lockdown people arranged to view the house in PPE, and the house sold after one day of viewings. Throughout the process they kept us updated with any progress or delays, enabling us to keep on top of the usual paperwork in house sales. We were impressed by their professionalism and care in unpredictable and challenging times. We would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I mainly dealt with a gentleman called Paul Hawes who was very understanding and helpful. Paul would get back to my emails within a couple of hours (if that) and he was always willing to go over and beyond to get things organised. I would highly recommend Hamptons. GoogleHaving decided to move to Brighton last year from Cambridge we had a couple of false starts with other agents however once we made contact with Paul Hawes at Hamptons in Brighton it was clear from the outset that he was working for us in a totally professional manner to secure the type of rental property we were looking for. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Paul and his colleagues and the whole process took less than 4 weeks to complete. Even after our move Paul stayed in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Hamptons.

They were efficient and friendly from the moment I phoned them. They take the stress out of the whole process and I found them so easy to work with. I would very happily recommend them and Hampton's services to anyone who is looking to rent or rent out a property.

GoogleAs the owner of a flat in Brighton, when a new tenant was recently required I approached a number of local agents. I was unimpressed with several but, from first meeting, found the negotiator from Hamptons not only to be personable but also clearly experienced and, consequently, accurately informed regarding the lettings market. He inspired confidence in me from the outset and I have not been disappointed, he/Hamptons having found me exemplary tenants and, as importantly, at a higher rental level than other agents suggested could be achieved. The manner in which he/Hamptons communicated with me during the letting process was always courteous and, more importantly, considerate of my requirements regarding my personal preference as to the type of future tenant. Whilst I hope the current tenancy will maintain for some time, there is no doubt that I shall return to Hamptons when the flat again falls vacant. I am very pleased to recommend their services to any landlord (or any tenant seeking accommodation for that matter) and, in fact, am on the point of so doing!

GoogleHamptons have managed by rental flats since 2011 and they are the best estate agents in Hove. Their service, communication and most importantly, their integrity ranks beyond others estate agents I have tried. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleThe team at Hamptons made the usually daunting ordeal of renting a new property so quick and easy. Anya initially showed me the property, kept me updated every step of the way and was prompt in answering any questions I had. Couldn't be happier with how the process went, and loving my new flat!
