GoogleI was delighted with the service from Paul Hawes and the team at Hamptons. Even though I was only paying them a finding fee nothing was too much trouble. Communication was clear and things always happened quickly and smoothly. This is the second time I have used them when renting out my house and I would definitely use them again.

All of the staff were extremely helpful, informative and always highly responsive. GoogleCannot fault Tom and his team at Hamptons on Church Road Hove. From the start they have been efficient and helpful. When a problem did arise, not only did they act swiftly but even ensured cleaners were on-site to make our lives as easy as possible. Surely this is the role of an efficient lettings service? GoogleWe had a prolonged and difficult sale but the team at Hamptons stayed with it and kept up the pressure on the buyer until we finally made it. They are good communicators and they seemed to share the experience.

GoogleWe had a great experience at Hamptons. Paul was friendly and very quick to respond throughout the process despite a rushed property search the day before New Years Eve. By the 2nd of January the let had been agreed and all we had to do was start packing.

GoogleWe recently rented out our family home in Hove via Hamptons and the whole experience was made less stressful by the extremely helpful and attentive service we received, in particular from Paul Hawes at the Lettings office. He was on hand to explain leases etc. and came back quickly to answer queries - and most important of all, found us some lovely tenants!
