Louis and Kaan made the purchase of our house as seamless as possible. I always felt they went above and beyond for us - accommodating viewings at awkward times, meeting in person to discuss parts of the process that were new to us, always picking up the phone and guiding us along and doing their own research where helpful for us. I really felt that they cared about us feeling confident in the decisions we were making which I have found to be pretty rare in these processes. Their diligence and professionalism ensured we completed on time and their management of us , our solicitors and the other side was faultless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either of them and hope that Hamptons recognises the value they bring in such a competitive space. Above all - they’re nice people with an honest, no-game-playing, good humoured approach which made the whole experience really positive and felt brilliant as it was a special moment buying our first home! I recently rented my house through Hamptons, Hove Branch. The service was excellent from start to finish, Nicola, Anya and Paul were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, thorough and professional. A let was agreed within weeks of the property first being advertised, and the tenants moved in within a month. It had been a while since I last had to find tenants, Hamptons staff helped me pull together everything that was required, provided me with up to date information and advice, and the tenancy administration was super smooth, everything managed digitally which was really helpful. I would highly recommend Hamptons whether selling or letting.

I recently let my flat through Hamptons and could not recommend them enough. Nicola, Paul & Anya were extremely professional, personable, thorough, clear and with super fast response times and a solution or idea to all questions or queries. Good digital systems to manage the process and simply a step change in my relationship with letting agents I have used before. A structured approach, continuous updates, a differentiated market segment of possible tenants and delivery of immediate results. Hamptons rented my property to a great profile of tenant in just 24 hours from it being advertised - this is after my flat had been on the market with another agent for 2 months. I made an enquiry about a property (which turned out to not be available to view at that point). However, Anya took all of my details and said she’d follow up in a week’s time. My phone call with her was great-she was warm, friendly and very knowledgable. Anya was true to her word and called back a week later; so we viewed the flat. Unfortunately, the flat wasn’t quite big enough for what we wanted but viewing it was an enjoyable experience. Anya was authentic, friendly and seemed to really care about helping us find the right home. I’d highly recommend Hamptons on that basis. Anya truly is a credit to you!

I would like to take this opportunity to praise Hamptons (Church Road Hove) and thank them for the excellent sale of a somewhat difficult central Hove house, in difficult market conditions, for cash at a VG price. If it had not been for Paul and his team this sale would never have gone through. I think that most other agents would have lost this sale during the final fraught negotiations but Paul's skills and experience made sure the sale held to exchange & then completed. For that I am grateful!

Paul and the team at Hamptons are truly fantastic, particularly Jocelyn who is the Property Manager for my properties. If there was an option for 6 stars then they would get it. They have taken all of the stress out of letting out my flat as a first time landlord.
