Dean & Co sold my house recently and we could not be more impressed with their exemplary service. From start to finish, they guided my family through the process and offered advice as and when needed. They went out of their way to help us and for that reason, we would highly recommend them to anyone. They make the whole selling and buying process as painless as possible. The best thing about Dean & Co is that they listen and they are respectful and take their time explain things patiently. Thanks to Les, Adam and Ryan for all your help!!!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I first used Dean & Co to provide me with a property valuation for probate. This they did free of charge, and I was so impressed by Les's knowledge of the local area, his friendliness and honesty that I had no hesitation in using them again to sell my property, and I wasn't disappointed. The marketing of my property was excellent resulting in several early viewings and a sale within a week. The sale went very smoothly, and I was always made aware of how things were progressing with the buyer. Thank you Les, Ryan, Adam and the rest of the team for all your efforts.

Dean & co were very professional and courteous from the first contact with Les. The knowledge and experience Les, Adam and Ryan have was invaluable and they kept me fully updated through many delays. It was due to be a reasonably straightforward process with only a short chain, however it proved to be very difficult. Despite all the delays and frustrations at the bottom of the chain, Les remained helpful, cheery, affable and reassuring which made the long winded process more bearable. Based on my recent experience, I thoroughly recommend Les and all his colleagues at Dean & co. Thank you.

Dean and Co were extremely helpful with my relocation from London to Hove. Adam the Sales Exec was honest and understanding throughout the process and gave me plenty of time to view the property we purchased. When it came to having our independent building survey done Adam put me in contact with specialists who were able to comment on survey extracts and provide timely quotes for work and managed to save 50% on somewhat exaggerated estimates in the building survey. Dean and Co were not like some Estate Agents I have come across in London and it felt they really had my family interests at heart. Would highly recommend them in my experience. Best regards, Rob

We chose Dean & Co to handle the sale of our house as they are a local, independent business. Les, Ryan and Adam were very friendly and relaxed, but at the same time, professional and proactive, keeping us up to date with the progression of the sale and nudging solicitors when necessary. They provided an all round excellent service, which far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Dean & Co and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Karen & Bob, Hove

Les and his team guided us expertly through the process of selling our old house and buying a new one. From start to finish there was a good sense of trust, clear communication, and a wealth of experience brought to bear on the whole process. Jolly nice people too. In a perfect world, all estate agents would be as good as Dean & Co.

We have had a great experience working with Adam and the team from Dean and Co. After finding our perfect home, Adam made sure we were updated immediately with any information he had to make the process as stress-free as possible. We would have no problem in recommending Dean and Co’s services when selling or buying a new home.

I recently purchased a property and Dean & Co were the Estate Agents for the vendor. I found them extremely easy and personable to deal with. They were efficient without being pushy, helpful and keen to offer advice and guidance and this made the whole process as smooth as these things can be. I have no hesitation in recommending Les and his team.

When we were considering selling our property we had a number of valuations from different estate agents as comparisons. When Les Newman came to see us he was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We felt that the valuation he provided was realistic and his confidence about selling our home shone through. Also we were aware of the history of Dean & Co being the Premier agent in Hangleton. The viewings were regular and we received feedback on each viewing, normally conducted by Liz and Adam. Once an offer was agreed we were kept informed at all stages of the process. We thank the Team for their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness during what could have been a stressful time but was smoothed by the Dean & Co team. We would highly recommend Dean & Co to anyone considering selling or letting their property. A real 5 Star Team! Nick & Jennie

Adam and the team at Dean & Co did an amazing job liaising between us and the vendor to ensure a smooth and seamless sale! Adam's knowledge of all other stakeholders in the business kept the communication going, which was amazing at certain sticking points. I'd highly recommend these agents if you were considering them for your move.

Les, Adam and the whole Dean & Co team were utterly brilliant from start to finish. Our purchase was extremely long and complicated, and we had the completion day from hell, but Les stayed calm and positive at every stage, and went above and beyond to get us into our new home. We felt like we were in the hands of true professionals, which can't be said of all estate agents. We've raved about Dean & Co's service to all our friends and family, and they'll be first on our list if we ever move again (although we'll make sure we give them plenty of time to recover from this move first! 😅)
