The team at Dean and Co were fantastic and especially Adam who kept us informed and fought our corner all the way through on what became a rough ride but their expertise, professionalism and persistence got us through in the end. GoogleI bought a property in 2019 with Adam at Dean & Co, there was no hard sell and I felt he really looked after the buyer and the seller. So when it came to us selling the property he was the only estate agent I wanted to use. He was always on hand for my numerous queries and gave appropriate advice when asked for it. I felt really looked after and nothing was too much bother. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dean & Co again as you feel like you are their only customer regardless if you are a buyer or seller.

GoogleI’m so happy with the support provided by Dean & Co when I rented a property from them. I was a tenant with my son in the same flat for 10 years - luckily we could buy a property now and recently we’ve moved out. I just want to say a huge thank you for all help to Dean&Co during these years. I am really thankful - specially for Les, Heidi and Marion. Ryan consistently sourced homes that were great matches for me and always responded to me quickly. GoogleAdam, Les and the team have recently helped us sell our 4 bed house in Hangleton. The whole process went smoothly and considering the lockdowns - surprisingly quickly and this was largely down the professionalism and support that the team at Dean & Co provided. In fact we managed to exchange within 12 weeks of the property being advertised on the market. Pricing was very fair and they've gone above and beyond to help us with our sale and move - even to the point where Les has been kind enough to forward on our post when Royal Mail stuffed up our redirect. GoogleCan't recommend these guys highly enough. Efficient and everyone there is unfailingly helpful. I bought my house through them 8 years ago and they have been handling a flat rental for me on behalf of a friend who has a longterm illness - so a few years now. They handle situations sensitively and go above and beyond. I don't tend to write reviews but really wanted to give the staff there a shout out.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Dean Estate agents. Les and the team are simply the best agents I have ever had dealings with. Our move had a few bumps along the way and it was very stressful but Les in particular was the one person we could rely on. We received constant feedback and updates the whole time. If and when we move on we will definitely be using the services of Dean & Co.

GoogleI cannot recommend Dean and Co enough especially Adam, he made our whole experience of selling stress free, giving us advice and support through the whole process. We came into contact with many estate agents before meeting Adam and they all came across very pushy Dean and Co are not and it was so refreshing to have a estate agent who was genuine and had our best interests at heart. I would recommend Dean and Co to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property.
