We recently purchased our new property which was being sold by Dean and Co. We mostly liaised with Adam who we found very dedicated to completing the sale. Throughout our interactions Adam was always honest, responsive, direct and committed to keeping the purchase moving. We hit a few delays which was very stressful for both us and the vendors. Adam was effective at communicating with all parties and at times the solicitor’s. During one particular stressful period,Adam would be communicating daily with us to keep up to date which sometimes added to the pressure and stress we were experiencing, but we understand this is part of his job role and we valued his dedication in preventing the purchase falling apart. At times, we also communicated with Les who we found professional and patient. We appreciated the congratulations card when we picked up the keys to our new home which we are very happy with.

I chose Dean and Co to sell a property, having dealt with them previously where I found the whole team to be friendly and professional. Les attended the initial viewing and provided clear sound advice and an accurate market valuation. The process of listing the property went very smoothly with the use of their new virtual tour software. During viewing the team kept me informed as to feedback from several viewings and within a short period of time a buyer made an offer and we proceeded through to completion. During the process many challenges arose relating to land registry and certification. Throughout the process Adam provided regular updates and assistance where required to ensure the sale of the property went smoothly. I recently bought my house through Dean and Co. I had been looking to buy in the area for several months and had very specific requirements so it wasn't an easy move. Adam was extremely helpful in alerting me to properties that he thought might work but also in giving honest and straightforward advice. Thanks also to Liz for sympathetically showing me round a number of properties.There was never any hard sell and I felt Dean and Co were more realistic about pricing than many of the others I viewed with - a consequence of thorough knowledge of the local area and basic business integrity. So I was delighted when I finally found somewhere I wanted to buy and it was listed with them. The buying process and associated chain weren't straightforward and I had second thoughts at one stage. This is the third time my wife and I have used Dean & Co, initially for rented and then buying our last house and then selling that and moving out of the area. We dealt with Les Newman, although Adam and everyone within the team were friendly, professional and proactive and from start to finish the experience was as pain free as you could wish. For me it is whether I can trust a person and this is exactly what I got from Les. He is a man who knows the market and will be realistic with valuations. He is able to read people well and talks through each step with clarity and compassion, with an excellent side order of good humour. I would like to take the time and leave a review for Dean&co Les, Adam and all the team they have been amazing. After dealing with three different state agent's trying to Sale my flat and purchasing a house for 5 months I have to say it was difficult. And the previous state agent's didn't help either, non professional having young staff with no experience and change them every week, I didn't know who I was dealing with, and no caring at all, it was time for me change. That's when I came a cross Dean&co and decided to contact them, I wish I did that at beginning. I had the pleasure to meet with Les and Adam and they were amazing, and you can tell straight away the difference from them to other State agent's I dealt with. You can tell straight away they know what they doing, they confident and professional and easy to talk and deal with, and above all THEY actually CARE Non like the others just spending another day at the office, another day at work. As the house prices dropped I did manage to keep the Flat and buying the house, and Rented the Flat with Dean&co it took them one week to rent the flat out for me. Overall very happy with Dean&co and all the team thank you to Les and his team they made it very easy for me, they been great throughout the process. Definitely would recommend Dean&co to all friends and family and to anyone Don't waste your time going with someone else, as I did at the beginning, this guys actually know what they are doing. When my partner's mother died in February of 2023, we were faced with having to settle her estate which necessitated the sale of her bungalow. After the requisite three valuations of the property had been undertaken, it was quite obvious with which agent we would place the marketing. From the outset, Dean & Co had a exceptionally professional and straightforward manner. Too often agents engage in flannel and inflated selling prices to try and draw you in. There was none of that - it was honesty and openness from the start and resulted in a successful sale. Our experience was of a thoroughly professional firm, easy to deal with, always contactable if you needed them and clearly prepared to go that extra mile. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience letting a property through Dean and Co, the property was moved from another agent over to them mid way through our tenancy and the difference in quality of service was tremendous, The whole team was incredibly useful, friendly and informative, but Marion was the person we were in touch with the most and she was absolutely fantastic!
