We are disappointed that you have felt the need to provide us with a 1 star review, as so far it would seem that we haven't actually done any business with the exception of registering you. You will see that this review clearly goes against the grain of our ethos with the majority of reviews being 5 star and from people we have dealt with during their whole sale or rental experience. We would be pleased to discuss this privately and I would be happy to call you directly if you wish as we take each review very seriously.
