Worst letting agency in the UK

Worst letting agency in the UK. First of all, I wish I could attach some pictures to show the conditions my partner and I were living in but, I hope you can trust me when I say the wall of our flat was wet and falling apart. They kept saying they would fix this issue but they never did and it was progressively getting worse since the damage was coming from water leak inside the wall (clearly not our fault). The issue wasn't initially visible because they painted over the wall and they did this again for the next tenants after we moved out (we noticed walking by the house from outside the window). Apart from this major issue, any other issue was also never resolved because of the UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, who also charged us randomly over £200 for some lights flickering even though they were already in those conditions when we moved in. We were also paying the non-deposit scheme, meaning that the extra money we were paying every month should have been used for this kind of stuff but no, this agency loves scamming and charging people with no valid reason without doing any work. AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY!

Great experience with a lovely team

Great experience with a lovely team. Online referencing and confirming identity etc with uploading all my documents was super straightforward and fast and I'm old fashioned and normally prefer paper! Swift work overall. I was worried i wouldn't be able to find a nice place with an understanding landlord that would accept my gorgeous little dog but they found me the perfect place within a month of registering with them. Over the moon!

Worst renting experience ever, some of the agent is really rude to student on the phone. They never have good attitude. I ended up without any place to stay because of their incompetent! No wonder they have so many bad reviews! I was ready to move but out of sudden they told me something went wrong! Will never rent any property from this agency anymore in my life!

By far the worst lettings service I have experienced. Staff are disorganised and uncommunicative both between themselves and customers. I made a complaint which went entirely ignored for months until The Property Ombudsman were involved. Their treatment of student tenants is abhorrent and their overall service is inadequate. Legal information wasn't stored properly and staff turnover unsurprisingly through the roof.
