I had a few difficulties with some member of staff along the years (renting for over 5 years), but one person that changed this and made all the difference was Maria. Always easy to contact, wiling to help and understanding, I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. Special mention too to Jordan for arranging more convenient dates and times for her visits so I could attend too. Really appreciated both your help.

After firstly using a different estate agent without much luck ,I then put on with Sam at BrandVaughan Hove . Sam was amazing !Firstly, he sold my property, secondly he was a total star handling a difficult purchase for me. At times i was frustrated and nearly gave up with my purchase . Sam always stayed calm and found a solution . All his team were equally professional. Thanks guys

GoogleKirsty was super approachable and accommodating to my living requirements in a happy and friendly manner, I'm a bit particular and she did everything in her power to find me a suitable flat with not many stairs and room for activities. I would recommend Brand Vaughan and Kirsty B to anyone looking to find a new home, much better than any other estate agent I've dealt with in Brighton and Hove (and I've dealt with most of them!)

Just rented my property for a 3rd time with Brand Vaughan. They had 15 people round to see it on an open day and we had someone rent it the next day. They are moving in today. The whole thing took just 2 weeks or so and they took care of everything.Great service from Brand Vaughan.

GoogleWorst lettings agency ever in Brighton. 5 months of issues with the flat and no action taken, they use a pointless website to comunicate any problems experienced but it’s just a way to take time and not do them job. Also they are trying to overcharge and be really unclear in the check out stage . 15 days messaging Matt Ashworth to not receive explanation. No worth

GoogleSo lucky to have found Paul Saso and Cambridge Residential to find my gorgeous flat. Paul you're officially my hero! You've bend over backwards to help me with everything and made it the best experience I've had with a letting agency. Would highly recommend Paul and Cambridge if you're looking for someone that cares about making you happy with your property, reducing the hassle to deal with bits and bobs around the flat (Paul helped sorting out a new washer/ fridge etc), and finding the best solution to suit your circumstances/ budget! GoogleWe would like to pass some general feedback from our dealings with Cambridge Residential. When I started our research, I called around 20 estate agencies in Brighton and Hove. Only around two or three people I spoke to sounded efficient and helpful. In my written notes I noted Samantha’s name together with a comment “Very good!!!”. A few days later we randomly walked into Cambridge Residential (without matching the notes and knowing it was where Samantha actually worked). We were dealt with by a lovely and very helpful lady, the very same Samantha. It was only a few days later, when we realised she was the same person from our notes. She was very professional and efficient in both situations. We would like to say thank you very much once again for all of her help!!! We would most certainly recommend Cambridge Residential to everyone looking for a property in the Brighton area!

GoogleAfter trying to sell my property twice previously, Brand Vaughan pulled it out of the bag. I had a high number of viewings, got a good price but in particular the Customer Service Team (I dealt with Karen Franks) really went 'above and beyond' the call of duty in terms of expediting the completion (communicating and chasing solicitors, buyers etc). They were all very professional and not 'estate-agent-ish'. I would highly recommend Brand Vaughan to anyone.

Phoned about twenty times today about not having any hot water due to a broken tap. Didn't even pick up. No showers for us. Have also had the exact same email sent from a robot every day for 5 days in a row that doesn't even make any sense saying I need a guarantor when I have one and my money has gone through my guarantor every month for the past 6 years, I have responded to the email but continue to get the same one in reply from them. I have tried to phone and they don't pick up. We want home leasing back. We have been loyal, helpful tennants and are very annoyed that this letting agent has taken over and is already screwing us over.

This was an out-of-the-ordinary situation and was rectified as quickly as possible. Since then, any issues raised have been put in hand. We apologize that you felt that you were being emailed by a ‘robot’ however this is an automated email reminder that is sent from our tenancy platform. This was prompting the guarantor to complete a necessary task and once this task was completed the automated email reminders would stop. GoogleMy first experience of Brand Vaughan was Matthew Sansom, Sales Negotiator, who showed me around the property. Matthew was not your typical salesman - very helpful and genuine and not at all pushy or overbearing. When my offer was accepted Matthew seemed genuinely pleased for me and he was happy to show me around the flat a number of additional times whilst the purchase was going through. Despite it being just a one bedroom flat I managed to spend a fairly considerable amount of time looking around and Matthew was always extremely patient, letting me take as long as I wanted on each occasion and was always happy to take me back to the flat time and time again. I would highly commend Matthew's approach to sales and would feel comfortable knowing that he was showing people around my property if I were to sell at some point in the future. Unfortunately the purchase was then passed to another member of staff once my offer was accepted. I would have rather continued to deal with Matthew given his friendly professionalism, but I understand that sales progression is not necessarily in the remit of his position with Brand Vaughan. Whilst not strictly a member of the Brand Vaughan team, I was also extremely grateful to Jim Maye. Jim works closely with Brand Vaughan as a mortgage broker and, after a hiccup with my initial mortgage offer, helped me to find an alternative lender; enabling me to go ahead when I had been ready to give up on the purchase.

GoogleMy partner & I are currently looking to rent a one/ two bedroom flat in the Brighton & Hove area. We've viewed a number of properties in recent months from other estate agents and have been appalled by their poor level of service, namely being stood up on appointments, their inability to accommodate for weekend/ evening viewings, and dingy properties. We have recently had the pleasure of viewing a few properties on Cambridge's books, and although our search still continues to find 'the one', it's been significantly aided by the team at Cambridge in particular Hannah who has taken us round several houses this past few weeks and been very flexible in her approach to facilitate the hours we are available. She also remembers our requirements (which is handy when we are not always able to check Zoopla for any properties recently added). As I said, we haven't found the next home just yet, though am hopeful Cambridge will be able to help us find it shortly.
