GooglePatrick and Kelsey in Hove Branch of Big yellow Hove branch have been very helpful and supportive with my check in. Though I booked storage in Oxford branch, they kindly went out of there way to help me with remote check in in Hove Branch as it was difficult for me to go to Oxford in person.

GoogleVery helpful, friendly and understanding staff who were accommodating towards room size and the possibility of needing to upgrade to a larger one, should my stuff have not fitted in the room I'd originally booked. Facilities are clean and secure and easy to navigate. Will definitely be using this service in future should the need arise. 10/10

GoogleI work in one of the flexi offices at Big Yellow Storage and it's brilliant! Staff are really helpful and friendly at reception. Office and building are clean and tidy and there's parking on site.

GoogleThis brand new storage space is great. I got a small locker and was able to fit a massive amount of stuff in it. The security is all digital alarms and stuff - with good old padlocks for the traditionalists out there. Staff are super friendly and you can check in online beforehand.

GoogleHad the loveliest experience storing here. Me and my partner had a unit each and it was so easy. The staff are really polite, friendly, understanding and helpful. Patrick and Jason helped us with extra days and checking out so we had time to clear our units without stress.

GoogleWe are using one of the offices and I can tell you that it is AMAZING. I love them offices. You won't be disappointed, excellent location, very helpful staff and you can have your office and store in the same building, what else do you need? Highly recommended for businesses in all size and all needs.

GoogleStaff incredibly helpful and informative. Never rented storage unit before but everything catered for so efficiently. Very easy to come and go with trolleys readily available to transport items to storage unit via lifts.

GoogleBe careful! 15% increase in rent after 3 months months, they get you in with an attractive rate then change the costs, I assume in the hope that you can’t be bothered to move. Very poor customer service in my book.
