Reason I gave you four instead of five I got no complaints and truthfully maybe you should have been five. Because it works so seamlessly and doesn't complain about but perfect is attainable. At least that's what my great aunt pappy used to say

GoogleMy first experience with AR Lettings has been excellent. As a first-time renter I was afraid I’d feel in over my head, but the service I received was exemplary. Brad went above and beyond to ensure good communication and professionalism was maintained throughout the process, and I never felt like I was kept in the dark or in over my head. Both he and Tyna were kind, speedy, and professional with the paperwork, and did a wonderful job making sure all was ready for me to move in for my desired date. Overall, I was delighted by the service I received and would definitely recommend AR Lettings to anybody looking to buy or rent a property. Well deserving of a five star review.

GoogleMy experience of AR Lets has been an exemplary one! From the onset, Brad went above and beyond when letting our property. He showed a genuine interest where I felt instantly reassured that our property was to be well looked after and I was not left disappointed when he found for us a well matched tenant within two days! Brad was friendly, informative and professional throughout the entire letting process and I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of AR Lets to any landlord looking to rent their property.

They have the most fantastic team of workmen working for them from Matt and John at TNT plumbing to Stuart and the boys at Cronins property maintenance all steered beautifully by the marvellous Sarah Russell. Sarah has been absolutely brilliant at organising works at our property for us recently. She really has gone above and beyond to keep us up to date with any new developments. Andrew you really do have a smashing little team around you.

GoogleI’d had rented a flat previously in the city and had issues with previous agents not being helpful or being easy to contact. Brad and the team on the other hand, kept me updated throughout the process. I’d highly recommend AR Lettings.
