GoogleIt has to be mentioned that they dont sign a rental contract before the actual tenancy starts. This can cause confusion and sleepless nights to some people. And because of that last minute contract there can be some surprises there. I hope they change their practises to more ethical ones some day! Also, beware of mold and mice. And burglars!

GoogleI have recently rented out a property with AR Lettings and they seem to be really good at what they do. Bradley Austin in particular has been very professional, proactive and communicative from the get go. He carefully considers both the landlord and tenant when letting out a property which is a trait I value highly. He also seems to have a clear understanding of the current rental market, which resulted in us agreeing a let within a couple of days! I couldn’t be happier with the service provided so far and I have complete confidence in Bradley and the rest of the team at AR Lettings in managing my property going forward.

GoogleI can't fault Brad and team. From the moment I asked them to look at my house with a view to renting their support has been excellent. I felt no pressure and they made the whole process easy. Tenants were found quickly and within weeks I became a landlady. A very professional and friendly service.

It is such a good platform for decision-making over any SaaS or other product due to the large number of experienced people. It is easy to pick one and get a primary image for the product at first, which is very good for saving time on product searching or research.

GoogleAR Lettings provides exceptional tenant support. Brad and the landlord are highly responsive and address any necessary actions promptly and efficiently. My experience over the past three years and eight months has been consistently positive; they respect my privacy, conducting only the mandated annual safety checks. In return, I maintain the property in a clean and habitable condition. I am very satisfied with AR Lettings. 02/01/2025 Following my previous review (submitted approximately eleven months ago), I may still be able to give a positive feedback for this company. However, due to current circumstances, (let's just say I'm 'Walking on Water' in my own flat), I require additional time to formulate a comprehensive and objective assessment. I will provide a more detailed review tomorrow.
