I have not reviewed much on Trust Pilot but I do know that when I see Trust Pilot on a business site, I immediately trust it. It's been around for a long time and I like that they are ad free. I dislike, mo actually I despise when ads invade my device to the point I can't even see my screen. Thanks Trust Pilot.

GoogleFirst of all they don’t update their portofolio or their advertised properties. I have enquirer about renting a property they advertise in November 2025 and I was told “it just went this morning”. We are now in February 2026 and they still advertise it and it doesn’t even say Let agreed.
Have booked a viewing with them and I arrived 10 earlier at the aproximate address. I tought of calling to ask which is the house number only to find out they weren’t going to show up because the agent called in sick. No phone call/email before hand to let me know. There was no reason not to contact me since I gave all my details when booking the viewing. However, few days later they posted the same property again on righmove which tells me they havent let it yet. No apologies or alternate viewing was offered.
I’m actually happy I did’t get to see the property and go ahead with renting it as I would not want to deal with such uprofessional letting agency.

I’ve left reviews myself, both glowing and frustrated, because I know how much those words can matter to someone else. But I’ve also scrolled through pages of five-star ratings that felt too polished to be real, watched honest complaints get buried or flagged, and walked away wondering whether the score I was looking at actually meant anything. I don’t need Trustpilot to be perfect, but I do need it to feel fair. I’ll keep using it, I just wish I didn’t have to question it so often.

I've had some dreadful experiences in the past as I've been renting in Brighton for over 10 years. I can honestly say that this was the most painless process EVER.

GoogleWe have been with AR lets as tenants for about 2.5 years, they have always been very responsive and have a lovely team.
Any problems with the flat have always been dealt with really quickly and efficiently. The team are also very understanding. One of our flatmates is trans and hasn't changed their legal name yet, but AR have used the correct name in all informal communication. Which is really great.
