GoogleSadly, my experience with these estate agents is quite negative - I made an offer on a property, when I called a few days later to increase it, I was told there are so many bids, they don’t ‘care’ about my bid. I also got to know that the agent showing me around was wrong about the date for best and final bids (it’s always interesting when one agent undermines their colleague). A few days later, another agent (agent number 3) called asking for my best and final.. a week later, I’ve asked for an update and didn’t get any response but they managed to update the website that the property is under offer. That’s how I got to know that I didn’t get it. Poor form. So overall, not a great experience and slightly chaotic approach.

Googlewe used whitman and co to sell our house on graham road, w4. we appointed them due to their hugely dominant market share and therefore applicant flow. in the end we found that this resulted in an extensive field of interested parties, and in addition they also provided a great level of service and attention throughout. Its great to see a well established business still behaving like a new business in terms of energy, drive and service. I would certainly recommend their services to others

GoogleFantastic service! Provided really sensible advice on pricing my property, taking into consideration all my personal circumstances. Worked really fast and marketed my property so well. Superb communicators - I always knew what was going on - they kept me totally informed every step of the way and kept in contact even when there was no update - really impressive. Perhaps the most seamless job share I have ever witnessed is Clare and Andy's! They sold my house at the asking price in a couple of weeks. Overall just an excellent experience - local market expertise combined with a truly personal touch - can't recommend them highly enough!

Extremely professional, they know the Chiswick market like no other agency. They are always of good and objective advice on how to navigate the marketplace and always reassuring when things got tricky. We were in a long and difficult chain and they managed it really well, ensuring all other parties were playing their roles as they should. GoogleIn the process of renting a house with Whitman & Co - it's been a nightmare dealing with the estate agent. Perfect house, and we're excited to move in, however Whitman & Co are unprofessional, very fraught in their communication in the sense that one person says one thing and another will say another thing, and overall very difficult to get a hold of. I call and ask for a callback, only to call back 45 mins later and be told that person has gone to lunch - very poor ethic. Only giving 2 stars as the house is great, other than that they are unable to do their job professionally.
