GoogleI couldn’t recommend Whitman & Co highly enough. With a true first-hand knowledge and experience of the area, they acted swiftly, professionally and within two to three weeks had secured genuine and realistic offers on our property - where other estate agents had failed to do over the whole of the previous year. Whitmans valuations were solid and honest, their marketing focused and targeted, and they brought real and genuine buyers to the property who were in the relevant position to make their offers. They also offered sound support, recommendations and advice in all the related matters such as the conveyance solicitors, packing & removals companies and all other timelines - which were all used and truly appreciated. If you’re looking to sell your property in Chiswick or the surrounding areas, I honestly suggest approaching Whitman & Co first. I believe it would have saved a considerable amount of time if we had done ourselves.

GoogleI don’t really comment on any agency but Whitman and Co. Has been absolutely fantastic and exceptional with their service. They are honest and reliable and most importantly accessible. I need to give credit to Chris which helped me immensely. I would certainly advice to anyone who’s considering working with them. I couldn’t be more satisfied and their honesty and reliability should be rewarded.

GoogleRight from the beginning, we were impressed by the way in which Whitman & Co personnel go about their business. They are clearly highly experienced and know the local market well and their advice is clear and sound. At the same time, they did not try to put pressure on us with exhibitions of how brilliant and vigorous they would be on our behalf if only we were to sign up with them. On the contrary, James, for all his wisdom and expertise, engaged us in a relaxed, frank and amiable conversation, which told us all we wanted to know and, remarkably, made it clear that Whitman would act for us without our having to enter into a contract. Thereafter, all those we came across were friendly, responsive and very helpful. Denise, with whom we have been most engaged is terrific. Most of the time she was immediately available, but, if not, she got back to us very quickly. We were astonished by how many viewings she arranged, and delighted by how easy she made this for us. Her steering of us through the various procedures required as the sale progressed was brilliant, and we were constantly reassured by her good judgment, leading to our accepting not just the best offer, but the one least likely to be hampered by complications. It would be disingenuous to say that this excellent service came cheaply, but we have no regrets and are highly satisfied with the outcome.

GoogleI feel confident giving an overall perspective on Whitmans as I have recently bought and sold with and through them. The process of any sale and purchase can be fraught and complex. Both of my transactions would not have been possible without the professionalism and tenacity of Denise. Denise's ability to navigate issues and anticipate hurdles was refreshing and reassuring. Her attitude throughout was positive and supportive. I appreciated her candour and good humour. My only genuine concern with Whitmans would be if Denise left.

GoogleWe put our house on the market with Whitman and co in September 2022. Within a week or two they had a full line up of people wishing to view it and within another week we had offers in excess of the guide price, one of which we accepted. We completed 1st February. Throughout the process we had the best service from all the team at Whitman and Co. We were totally impressed with their photography, brochure and attention to detail. Communication was first rate and their service went above and beyond. To you and your team, we cannot rate you more highly. Many thanks.

Always a pleasure to deal with and fast to respond with the first class communication skills that are key to helping ensure a stress free process for all parties involved. GoogleI had a long letting arrangement with Laura of Whitmans. Always very helpful and the difference was that every small hitch in the flat was dealt with immediately. They have a great team. Always attentive to issues on appliances, windows, utilities etc with the bigger agencies there was a massive difference. Very happy and would recommend.
