GoogleMy wife and I have just had a fantastic experience buying our flat through Whitman and Co. The sales team Chris, Denise and Bella were really helpful, focused, and lovely to deal with, which made a difficult purchase much smoother than it could have been in less careful hands. We also appreciated their thorough knowledge of the local area. All round an unbeatable and enjoyable service. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase or sell in the area....

GoogleI just happened to pop in to Whitman & Co as I was walking past. I did not have an appointment and Laura welcomed me and instantly looked for properties that would fit my needs. She found a way to get me into a viewing that very same afternoon and it ended up being my perfect place. Since then, Laura and her team have been amazing with quick replies and making me feel like a valued costumer even though I am just a tenant on a property. I have worked with several agents over the past 10 years I can't recommend this Estate Agent enough!

GoogleWe have rented a property managed by whitman for the last 4 years. Any time a problem came up it was swiftly dealt with by Laura and the team, and their contractors were always friendly and professional. We have never had any problems contacting the office and always felt like they took their role managing the property very seriously. Letting agencies in London get a bad rap (usually for good reason) but this one is leaps and bounds the best we have ever dealt with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them from the tenants perspective, infact when looking for our next property we purpously rented another property managed by Whitman.

GoogleEstate agents on various high roads in london have ridiculous property prices with no justification. As a Mathematician and Accountant, I would fairly expect that: Each house advertised on the Chiswick highroad estate agent window to have an accounted Assets and Liabilities balance sheet with receipts, alongside an accounted estate agent % fee, fairly justifying the house price over the years. Not the case. Multiple estate agents said to me when I rang up asking why the house price is so high: "A house up the road sold for £x million we want £x million for this one." The non fraudulent price of a house for sale should be: Assets - Liabilities, not the statement in quotations above. The estate agent sale fee should be recorded in the books as a liabilty to the property NOT AN ASSET. I strongly believe that if a person bought a home from an estate agent on Chiswick High Road with this current method of valuation, the buyer would commit tax fraud. This is because the house for sale is not being sold with a book of receipts or a service history. The assets sold in each house are vastly different!

GoogleI have had wide experience with Whitman's in the last year or so during which time they sold my flat, sold my house and helped me buy a new one. Firstly the team was first rate from start to finish, always keen to help in a constructive way by both identifying the right potential buyers for my sales and finding properties matching my wish list for me to view. They also were very supportive and encouraging when from time to time when things became a little rocky and their experience and strategic thinking really came to the fore. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe had a complicated house sale that lasted for far too long, however, Simon Habba was thoroughly professional and perceptive and eventually got the deal over the line just before Christmas 2020. When I finally met him, I knew instantly that he was a lovely easy-going man. Would definitely recommend him to any of my many Chiswick friends considering selling their homes.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used the services of Whitman and Co and the service has been excellent. We bought a flat with them 10 years ago and have just sold it recently. From start to finish they have been amazing to deal with. We had two offers fall through because of a break further up the chain, and both times they were really quick in securing a new buyer.
