GoogleI had a great experience with Shaw & Co they were outstanding all the way for the House I purchased. Especially Charandeep Thethi he was very professional and kept my wife and me in the loop all the way till the transaction was completed. He was honest and very helpful throughout the whole sale process and I hardly had to do much chasing around as this was all done for us. I am truly a happy customer and I would definitely recommend the Estate Agent Shaw & Co to everyone as I will be using them again to sell or to buy in the near future.

GooglePLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience with this agent. Took a holding deposit for the sale of my flat, did not check if the buyers had a mortgage beforehand. Got me to give my tenant notice as the buyer wanted vacant possession. Months and months of chasing nothing, no movement from the buyer. The holding deposit doesn’t go to the seller it goes to them. I’ve lost over £7,000 in rent and fees paid for solicitors and agent packs. Really wish I had never agreed to selling it. Real shame, im sure they are a good bunch of people but for me I needed to sell a flat and they did not achieve this.

GooglePosted on behalf of my Mother: Following a family bereavement my family and I had to sell a house in Heston, Middlesex. A number of local estate agents were approached but we chose to use Shaw & Co. as the manager, Shiv Sahonta, was so impressive. Shiv Sahonta visited to give a valuation and, with great experience of the area, he suggested an asking price that was realistic and honest. He was very professional, friendly and punctual. Living 150 miles away our situation was a little unusual but we were able to discuss it easily with him and felt confident to leave the sale in his hands. In the event, a number of prospective buyers were soon found and the house was quickly sold. The manager and his staff were very efficient, keeping us fully informed at all times. Being so far away we could not easily go and take meter readings, etc. so Shiv personally went to the house to deal with all outstanding matters. We received a first class service. For anyone buying or selling property in the Heston, Middx. area we would whole heartedly recommend this company.

GoogleIn order to help bring my father closer to where my wife and I live, we began this process of selling and relocating. I initially researched some local and national estate agents. and began to put together a picture of the value of properties in the area. I then reached out to a number of agents to get valuations. Shaw & Co stood out for us, they provided us with a sense of understanding and professionalism. We ended up choosing Shaw & Co as they offered a number of key factors: 1. Local office that made contact easy 2. Strong presence in the local area 3. Competitive rate 4. Ability to present the right type of client During the sales process, they made all of the steps easy to understand, from arranging the EPC certification assessment to provided lots of clear comms when arranging viewings. When we eventually found a property that suited my fathers needs, they were able to keep the ball rolling and when we accepted the final offer, they worked well to keep both all parties up to speed on the exchange and completion stages. My goal was to bring my elderly father closer to where my wife and I live so that he could feel more connected to us, and with the help of Shaw & Co, we did that.

GoogleVery bad experience, when ever contacted regarding a problem with the property they say to deal with the owner our self, they are helping dodgy landlords let their properties for rent and let tenants suffer.
