GoogleI engaged Shaw & Co to sell my house and from start to finish they provided a fantastic service. Sheetal and Shiv worked hard to bring interested parties for viewings and once a potential buyer made an offer Sheetal and Shiv work hard to see the deal through. Sheetal kept me informed of progress or any issues as they occurred. She was very pleasant to deal with and I can highly recommend Shaw & Co, to anyone wishing to sell or buy their home.

GoogleExcellent results and service from Pav, Shiv and the team at Shaw & Co (Heston). We had various issues selling our property previously with numerous buyers wasting our time for months on end. After appointing Shaw & Co we had a prompt offer and sold the property at a price that we were very happy with. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleShaw and Co is the name of trust. I really appreciate the service they provide in the property sector. The team working there is very professional and friendly especially Binda Rai, Sheetal Suri and PJ. They really helped me in getting a property on rent where I was almost disappointed from other estate agents in the market but their sincere efforts helped me get the property without any hassle. I would greatly recommend Shaw and Co and the team working there. I wish them every success in their professional life.

GoogleAn incredibly difficult estate agents. We were buying from their client and they were extremely slow with everything. They weren't keeping us updated and it turned out they were still doing work on the house we had agreed to buy. On top of this, we STILL have rubble and building materials in our front garden which has never been sorted despite the mortgage contract stating it will be cleared of all rubbish... Unless this rubble situation gets sorted I would never go with these estate agents again

Hi Lewis, I am sorry to hear of what’s happened. Please note if this has been put in the contract, then you should contact your solicitor to raise the issue with the sellers side. This sale completed early last year, had you made us aware that the seller did not honour what was agreed, we would have advised you accordingly and even called the seller on your behalf to help assist.. please give our office a call to discuss

GoogleWe used Shaw and Co when we put our property on the market for sale, Shiv and Sheetal were both very good at working for us to sell our property in Heston. They were professional and kept us updated all the way through, the property was only on the market 2 weeks when an offer was made and accepted, would definitely recommend Shaw and Co to other people.
