GoogleI had the worst experience with them. They tried to fool me to buy a property that was pretty old and did not have necessary paperwork at a very high price. And when I realised all that I pulled out from the deal and they didn’t refund my money though they had promised to refund the deposit if there is any issue with the property!

GoogleCo-operative staffs with very efficient receptionist. Always ready to help. Able to buy property with good support of Pav and Dave. Special thanks both of you and your entire team. I gave 4 star only because of solicitors as they are very slow in process and communication. Due to lack of communications I waited almost 6 months to complete my purchase. Highly recommended !

GoogleWe as a family have always gone to Shaw & Co whenever we are looking for new properties such as the one we just recently purchased through them. Our go to person in the office is Charan who has always helped us on every occasion, is always incredibly responsive, helpful and has extensive knowledge on the area so always knows exactly what properties to show us in order to meet our needs.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had a very bad experience with this agency.. Would not recommend it. They don't give your deposits back when you are leaving the property.. They deduct some amount and put new things in the property. Very poor serviceNegativeQuality
Hi Milburn, I am surprised to hear you have had a bad experience with Shaw and co. You have been a tenant of ours since 2019, and during this period you moved twice. I would like to remind you, as you well know, all deposits are protected and it is not down to Shaw and co, to decide what is deducted. On this occasion your landlord has decided to make deductions for some damages in the bathroom. We have tried to negotiate between yourself and the landlord, which has been unsuccessful. We have now advised you to take this up as a dispute with the deposit protection service, which is the correct procedure thereafter. This process is now out of our control.

GoogleThank you so much for helping me with selling my property. I came across most of all members from Shaw and Co Heston and all of them were very supportive. I would like to mention that Dave, Shiv and Pav - you guys are doing great job. I realised that should have given my property to sell at first place. Dave has got great marketing skills and he tries very hard to arrange viewings so definitely recommend Shaw and Co Heston .

GoogleSeeing that I was a first time buyer, I was quite nervous when it came to the whole process of buying a property. I was fortunate enough that a friend of mine recommended going through Shaw & Co. I had the pleasure to have worked along side with both Shiv and Pav who took me through each step thoroughly, at a pace I was comfortable with. Excellent level of service and I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a property. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

GoogleThe most horrible estate ever seen...! They play like costumers are not cuolified , and the still money for no reason, even you send all the right documents and a guarantor...! They are nothing to do with professionalism and and loyalty! It’s a ghost estate! I can provide every one with recordings that I have done from them and with paper works... In 24h I got a solution from another estate which are perfect in this businesses.
