GoogleHaving complained about the amount of rubbish dumped on the Estate and the poor state of some of the fences, Oriana arrived and produced a full and comprehensive report. I just hope the relevant authorities/tenants/leaseholders take note and carry out the works needed.

GoogleMR took over management of our development in Chiswick following historical issues with the previous agent. The management of the development has improved a lot since they took over. This is largely down to our new property manager, Sukey, who has gone above and beyond for us

GoogleDisgusting management company. Lazy, do not get anything done. Waiting over two years for minor repairs to an outside wall, no fire risk assessment and multiple other issues.

GoogleMy flat (which is managed by Michael Richards & Co) recently underwent a major renovation. Graham Jones (surveyor) was appointed to oversee the works, and he was *beyond* helpful throughout the entire process. Professional, meticulous, friendly: everything you'd want in a surveyor, really. He made himself available to answer any queries that were raised, and built a really good relationship with my contractors. Tom in accounts was always particularly polite, attentive, friendly and efficient. Having worked with a number of property management companies, I will always recommend Michael Richards highly.

GoogleMichael Richards is the managing agent of my flat. We have been having issues with hot water for months now and we complained countless times. The guy in charge is called Miles, absolutely useless! Called over 20 times he keeps filtering my calls. My wife's health suffers really bad now from the lack of hot water in our flat. Litigation solicitor has been involved and lets see what will happen.

GoogleHaving to call environmental health as issues have not been resolved. I have contacted this management company multiple times and had no response. They take no responsibility for the repairs and safety issues of their blocks.

GoogleI have filed a formal complaint but this company has failed to respond for several months. During the past two years with them, the management surveyors have always changing by leaving the company every four to six months. The service quality is really poor. GoogleLorraine Prince has always been very helpful, prompt and effective in dealing with any issues I’ve had with my property. It cannot be easy managing so many different properties and fielding so many requests from residents. I have had a consistently good experience dealing with her over several years, and overall I feel that the company has improved their customer service in that time.

GoogleI believe that most if not all five stars reviews about this dreadful company are fake or were written by people who have vested interests. All that Michael Richards & Co do is to invent all sorts of charges, including charges for services not provided. Emails and phone calls to this third class company go unanswered. Questions about suspicious charges are ignored. Welcome to savage capitalism.

GoogleLorraine helps manage the property where I live and also lives on site. She's really polite and lovely to chat to. If ever I have a problem (which isn't very often), she advises best steps to take. I love where I live (been here 13 years now), the block is brilliantly managed and well maintained.
