GoogleI rarely write reviews like this, but my experience with this letting agency has been so frustrating that I feel others should be aware.
This has easily been one of the worst agencies I’ve ever had to deal with. Communication is practically nonexistent. No one returns calls, and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone. When you do manage to speak to someone, they seem completely unaware of what’s going on with the property.
We recently moved into a flat managed by them, and the entire process was chaotic. We were given little to no useful information, and what we were told turned out to be incorrect. Trying to get clarity has been a constant struggle, with no accountability or ownership from their side.
The level of unprofessionalism is honestly shocking. If you are considering dealing with this agency, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the stress and frustration. It is simply not worth your time.
I don’t usually call people out publicly, but in this case I feel it is justified. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has set a very poor standard for what a letting agency should be.
If negative ratings were an option, I would absolutely give one.
