The initial interactions were not great, however, when Priscilla took over, it was much smoother and she helped resolve matters. If it were not for her, I probably would have given a 3 or 4 stars. She helped turn my experience around.

What a wonderful experience I had with Bailey at the Wapping office. I was a “walk in” and was treated as if I was a preferred returning client. We were able to book a showing/ viewing of a flat for the next day. The Wapping office has such a welcoming atmosphere! Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you all for the experience.

GoogleThe worst experience ever, superb time wasters and liars. Took on the flat to rent, according them it would be a matter of days but did nothing for a month and then, after several iterations during which they assured me to the contrary, they turned down the flat because I asked them to change the contract to multi agent instead than sole agent. They then refused to return the keys imposing me to send someone if I wanted my keys back. So you know it is with them or nothing, and with them it is your problem.

GoogleMy expeience viewing an apartment was good, the agent was very helpful shoeing the flat, stating the rent conditions and sharing advices regading moving to the especific area. The inventory from JOHNS&CO is good and they get into touch quite fast. Very professional. Unfortunately the agent delayed to confirm one of essental requirements for us to make an offer ended up in losing the apartment we saw, but overall our experience was good.

GoogleI don’t think I have ever come across an agent like Sania Manocha. She has been EXTREMELY kind and always goes out of her way to keep you updated. I think we had multiple calls where she took the time to explain the process in detail and make time for viewings. She really went out of her way especially in an industry where agents don’t always contact you or drop you another prospective tenant. Other agents could really learn from Sania - simply the best!
