Vickie at the Ashford Branch handled the sale of our property with professionalism. Vickie answered any queries we had straight away and kept us informed throughout the process and considering everything was carried out through lockdown was no mean feat. Vickie was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and made the process of selling my father in laws house (deceased) more bearable than it could otherwise have been. Jamie (and previously, Harry who took charge at Staines branch during our move) were both excellent throughout what turned out to be - through no fault of their own - a difficult move during Brexit doubts and the COVID-19 pandemic. James has been on hand to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say when our buyer made a late demand that threatened to derail the entire process very late on, Jamie acted on our instructions, but was also instrumental in helping to ease the sale over the line. Jamie and all his colleagues were transparent and candid throughout, and it was clear that they had our best interests at heart - even giving their excessive workloads and lockdown challenges. Frost weren't our initial choice - which was a mistake. Our previous agents left a lot to be desired, but as soon as we switched, we knew we were in better hands. Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but Frost have seen our move through when so many others are in danger of falling by the wayside. Being the first time buyer we have have no clue and was naturally nervous and face some bad experiences with few estate agents and than we found Frost Partnership. From the first meeting for viewing with Georgina all our worries were gone. Sebastian took over managing my property with the existing tenants from a very incompetent estate agent. He went through the whole process with me and made it a smooth transition with his knowledge and experience. Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.
