As the landlord who selected the prospective disappointed 1 star renters, on the recommendation of a neighbour, I have to speak up for the work that Sebastian and his team did to progress their application and to give them the best chance of getting the tenancy. After discussion with the Frost team, the prospective tenants signed their agreement to forfeiting their deposit if they did not pass the financial checks. As is standard for new tenancies, their details were passed to an independent financial checking company. Sebastian rang me frequently through this process, concerned that everything was taking too long as he did not want to let the prospective tenants down. The financial checking company reported to him that they were not getting the information they required from the prospective tenants. When they failed the financial checking process, I had to turn down their application and start to look for alternative tenants, because it would affect my ability to insure the tenancy. I went back both to the Frost team and the financial checking service to question where things had gone wrong and was satisfied that the financial checking system was wholly independent of the estate agency and it was their assessment of the information given to them by the clients that resulted in the fail. It seems unfair to me that the work of Sebastian and his team, most of which would not have been seen by the prospective tenants, should get such a poor review.

I recommend The Frost Partnership Estate Agents. The team down at Feltham are so lovely and helpful, especially Chloe and Jamie who dealt with my property purchase. I was a first time buyer so I did not know what to expect, Chloe was very on the ball and helped push everything forward in a timely manner and always explained the steps to me in detail which put me at ease. I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

I would highly recommend Frost to anyone planning on moving. In honesty our whole moving experience didn’t go to plan, buyers pulling out, then sellers pulling out, it took us 18 months to finally move in!! The whole process was stressful but if it hadn’t been for Andy at Frost it would have been a whole lot worse! He went above and beyond to resolve issues - including doing other Estate Agents jobs !! His caring attitude and straight talking was a breath of fresh air and we even managed a few laughs along the way! Absolutely brilliant!! Chloe and Paige both were great and professional, right on time for every viewing. However, the exchange of contracts took longer than we expected. Also, after accepting the offer, the buyer wasn't able to arrange for the finances - entirely a fault of their own. Once we decided that we wouldn't go with that buyer, Frost then quickly put the property on the market and found a new buyer which all went well. Throughout the selling process, Jamie was quite helpful and his knowledge of the property market is second to none.
