GoogleSearching for a house in a city like Paris, can be a very stressful and daunting adventure and for this reason having the appropriate professionals to help you with this difficult task, can make all the difference. The staff of French Touch Properties, far apart from being very efficient and professional, they are also characterized from a very friendly and honest attitude which makes you feel safe during your search. I had an excellent experience from the services of French Touch Properties who managed very quickly to find me a house that I love and due to the friendly attitude of their staff they managed to turn an inherently stressful experience to a pleasant one. I fully recommend this relocation agency and I will not hesitate to introduce them to my acquaintances who might be searching for a house in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSuper relocation agency: support for apartment searches and school searches. More complete service if necessary. Ségolène and Victoria were accompanied during our research, and very well guided. Home and school of our dreams found! Thank you BCP to both of you.

FacebookBonjour! Merci encore mille fois! Annie, François et leurs 3 enfants.🌈

GoogleA unique experience, and facilitated by this agency. I don't know how to thank them. Ségolène and Victoria took the time to listen to my expectations, and after the second visit, I fell in love with them straight away. Victoria took the time to show me the metros, the markets, as well as different neighborhoods so that I could get my bearings as best as possible. This service has a cost, but honestly it is worth it. A pouch with metro card, adapter, SIM card, Revolut card, card holder is also offered to us. The little extra: meet in a café, super cozy and very trendy, take the time to chat. Thanks to French Touch Properties for their time and dedication.

GoogleThe FTP team has helped us accomplish what we thought was impossible by helping us find in the first try a flat that fit all our requirements. What others were unable to do, they did brilliantly. Thank you!

GoogleFrench Touch were very efficient in helping us find an apartment in London for my son Pierre who has to spend a year at University College London (UCL). GoogleFrench Touch Properties quickly found accommodation that perfectly matched our lifestyle and our criteria! 2 phone calls, a few email exchanges and 1 day of visits were enough for the team to help us quickly find a favorite apartment in an absolutely charming area of London. Victoria accompanied and advised us during each visit and remained at our disposal for any questions concerning the signing of the contract and the necessary steps to take before, during and after the move. The icing on the cake is that French Touch Properties organizes cocktails in splendid locations, allowing you to get to know other expats and benefit from their feedback. An agency, with a great team, that we highly recommend!

Googlethe only agency that requires payment up front (£340) and exclusivity, but I thought I would get exceptional service in return. I was very wrong: my search criteria were never taken into account, I had to constantly follow up with my contact, while other agencies meanwhile sent me lots of offers corresponding to my desires. the French Touch team seems to do this job as a hobby, without professionalism or any eagerness. Agency to absolutely avoid. At least the money and time I wasted is for something!

GoogleFrench Touch Properties, who dealt with our case in 2012 was incredibly helpful as we were new to the country. They worked very hard in keeping us informed and updated with the specificities of the local estate market. They listen and understood very well our needs and concerns beforehand. During the 2 days we came to see their preselection, they managed to take into account our comments and remarks and to show us relevant properties matching our expectations. Their work didn't stop there and once we decided on one property, they took control of whole the administrative process, liaising with the agent and the landlord. They even recommended a moving company and we managed to get a discount thanks to French Touch Properties. Our contact was always cheerful and positive, and very professional. We were very pleased with how French Touch Properties dealt with everything, and would very highly recommend them !
