Working with Ségolène and Stéphanie at French Touch Properties has been a truly positive experience. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. Both are extremely professional, responsive, and remarkably well-coordinated throughout the entire process. Stéphanie was always available and provided valuable advice as our son took his first steps in discovering the Hampstead property market. I would not hesitate to recommend French Touch Properties to anyone seeking a trustworthy and high-quality real estate service. Trust is essential in this field, and they have certainly earned mine. I fully intend to use their services in the future. Thank you, Ségolène and Stéphanie, for your outstanding support and guidance.

My accommodation search went very smoothly and efficiently thanks to Melanie and Ségolène. I was able to secure a rental contract even before arriving in the UK, which made the transition much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided to us. I would highly recommend getting in touch with French Touch.

I am delighted to have been able to benefit from FTP services and I recommend them! It was Sophie who took care of us, who had two months before leaving France, with a fairly limited budget because only one guaranteed salary at the start, 2 children and a dog. Sophie was very available, caring and of course very professional. We treasure his advice. She helped us find a small house that met our expectations and our needs, and her interpersonal skills allowed us to start a good relationship with our landlord. She even found us a vet! Thank you again, and we look forward to meeting her again! Update 2025: in a different context, rather focused on accompaniment and support following a dispute with the owner, FTP, and Sophie again, were valuable allies with adapted advice which allowed me to find a favorable outcome to my situation. I was able to find new accommodation, and I received very good advice on English laws and possible recourse. When you don't know anything about it, it's always nice to be able to have neutral and professional advice. Thanks for your help!

The French “touch” and the English phlegm are French Touch Properties. Without Ségolène's agency or Mathilde's work, we certainly would not have found our London apartment so quickly. After a month and a half of fruitless research remotely from Switzerland, we decided to hire the services of French Touch. The best idea we had at the start of the year. Keep calm… We work for you. Effectively! In addition, with speed and efficiency. Before French Touch, it was impossible for us to organize our visits. We lacked speed. The English property market is moving fast. Very quickly. Thanks to Mathilde, after a few virtual visits, we found our new apartment. And this in a wonderful neighborhood. Juhu!! Chiswick we are coming ;-) Thank you Mathilde for the great job. Thank you both for your professionalism, your calm and your patience. We warmly recommend Ségolène's agency to all expats who need to settle in London... and to others! You will be in good hands.

We couldn't be happier with our new home! ❤️

A wonderful experience with the French Touch agency, before, during, and after our arrival in London. A dynamic team, attentive to their clients, professional, but also empathetic and reassuring. Everything a family needs during the turbulent time of expatriation. A special thank you to Alex, who patiently guided us through the search and visits, and to Segolene for her kindness and support after our arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for serious, high-quality support when looking for a new home. Peggy & Thomas

We first used French Touch Properties for a rental in London and had an excellent experience thanks to Alex's guidance. We then returned to them for the purchase of our first property in London. Their support and guidance were invaluable. Alex, Christophe, and Ségolène guided us every step of the way. Using their services was the best decision to complete this project. If you want your project to be carried out under the best possible conditions, I highly recommend this fantastic team: warm, reassuring, and professional. Thanks again to the entire team!

French Touch Properties provided invaluable advice when I moved from San Francisco to London as I was not familiar with this very competitive rental market. Marine provided helpful insights on the neighborhoods I selected to optimise my commute and lifestyle which enabled me to narrow down quickly to the right rental property. I highly recommend their services from the identification of the properties to the negotiation of the rental agreement.

A big congratulations and THANK YOU to French Touch Properties for their super efficient support! Without Ségolène and without Alex, it would have been impossible to take on the challenge of our expatriation to Oxford... we had barely four months to find an address and to place our four children in local schools (including secondary school) before the start of the school year... The challenge has now been met - brilliantly, since we love our neighborhood, our house, and the children's welcome at school is starting with all the kindness we could have hoped for! Special dedication to Ségolène's agility and Alex's patience :) In short, we recommend it twice rather than once!!

A huge thank you to French Touch for their invaluable assistance in finding our apartment in London. Thanks to Sophie, we found our little haven, and we couldn't have hoped for better! We used French Touch Properties for our house search in London, as part of a professional transfer, and we couldn't have asked for a better solution! From the first contact with Ségolène, we felt listened to and understood in our project. She then put us in touch with Stéphanie, a specialist in our area of research: a wonderful personal and professional encounter. Stéphanie was able to guide us from start to finish with great kindness, professionalism, and always in a good mood. Thanks to her, we found our new "home" in record time! She was extremely responsive and available to answer all our questions, which was very reassuring for us, especially from a distance. Another very valuable point: the team was able to adapt to our constraints and made viewings very easy to organize, even during our short stays in London. A huge thank you to the entire team! We wholeheartedly recommend French Touch Properties to anyone looking for tailored, personal support for their relocation to London.

We used French Touch Properties for our very first installation in London. We were a little stressed at the idea of doing all the steps remotely but also of being able to find something that met our criteria which were, perhaps, a little ambitious. However, Ségolène and Stéphanie were very attentive and full of good tips and advice. Everything was completed on time and they found us a superb apartment that met our criteria in just 3 visits! We received photos and videos of the apartment as well as the neighborhood, allowing us to plan as much as possible before our arrival and we are not disappointed. We've been here for about a month now and we're feeling really good, so a big thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend to anyone who is unfamiliar with how to rent apartments in London. It's a small investment at the moment but well worth it. This saved us from having to take an AirBnB or hotel and having to travel to a city we don't know to visit apartments. The value for money is therefore, in my opinion, very good!

We used FTP when we moved to London 2 years ago. It’s a caring team who took care of everything (from visits to signing the rental contract), and allowed us to move abroad with complete peace of mind. Following this good experience, we called on them again when we decided to buy a property a few months ago, even though we knew nothing about the London real estate market or the (complex) procedures. The level of support until the signing of the contract exceeded all our expectations. Your project will be theirs, don’t hesitate. Thanks to Sophie, Ségolène, Brigitte and Christophe!

We had a great experience with French Touch. Moving from Paris to London with two young kids, they helped refine our search criteria, facilitated the visits, and were patient with our specific requests. A special thank to Sophie who took us through (sunny!) London and shared precious advice. Additionally, they provided great assistance in navigating through all the administrative tasks related to moving to a new country. Overall, we highly recommend their services for anyone planning a relocation. Clement & Chloe

As part of a professional expatriation, I used the services of French Touch Properties. My situation was particular: a start of employment planned in less than a month, a visa being validated, a trial period... Not knowing London, being pressed for time and wishing to avoid any unpleasant surprises during my looking for accommodation, I chose to call on a team of professionals. And I absolutely do not regret this decision! I first spoke with Ségolène, to whom I was able to present my project and my expectations regarding my living environment. Thanks to her experience in London, she provided me with a lot of valuable advice from this first contact. Subsequently, I was put in contact with Alexandre, who took charge of actively looking for accommodation that met my criteria. Each time he sent me photos, videos (of the accommodation and the neighborhood) as well as detailed comments to help me make an informed decision. In just two weeks of intensive research, I found the ideal accommodation. Ségolène and Alexandre accompanied me at every stage: from submitting the offer to registering for the various essential services (water, NHS, council tax, etc.). Thanks to them, I was able to settle in London with complete peace of mind and without any unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend their services for any accommodation search in London!
