GoogleExtraordinary ! Moving a family of 4 (and a cat!) for the first time is not an easy thing, especially in London. French Touch, and of course the no less extraordinary Sophie Cooke, were extremely professional and this reassured us from the start of our efforts. Sophie was always available, caring, and offered us live tours. She finally very quickly found us the rare pearl in Southfields, a perfect compromise between the search for tranquility and good accessibility to the center of London. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again if necessary.

GoogleWe would like to thank French Touch Properties for assisting us during our relocation from HK to London and for finding us the perfect family home. It was not an easy task as we were moving in the middle of the year with a tight schedule and 4 children. As we were not in the UK yet and had only a few weeks to find a property, Isaline from French Touch Properties understood quickly our needs and gave us valuable insight into the market. The whole process was efficient from the start. She visited the properties for us, sent us a full report with videos, liaised with the agency and negotiated for us. There were only a few properties matching our criteria and French Touch Properties successfully managed to secure our ideal home 3 min from school. We would definitely recommend French Touch Properties for its excellent service and very friendly team.

GoogleI have employed French Touch Properties twice: once in 2018 when I moved to the UK, and then in April 2024 when I moved back to France. Both times the agency was particularly responsive and diligent in their efforts, all the while offering a warmth and friendliness that is genuinely helpful when coping with the stress of moving to a new country. Many thanks to Ségolène, Alexandre and all the team. If I ever moved again to the UK I would hire you again in a heartbeat.

GoogleDear Sophie, We wanted to thank you for the attention you paid to our search for accommodation when we arrived in London. You were able to listen to our wishes, you wisely advised us on the neighborhoods suited not only to our constraints, but also to our lifestyle, you were also very efficient in organizing the visits. You did all this with extreme kindness and great patience while we were still in Canada, which did not make communication easy. Thanks to you, we are now well established, in a neighborhood that we love. What better way to discover our new city? We recommend you without hesitation! Evelyne and Stéphane Nardin

GooglePlanning a stay in a new country is a source of a lot of stress, especially when it comes to settling your child there. Understanding the real estate market, rent prices, popular neighborhoods, transportation, etc. are all complex questions when you are thousands of kilometers away. Our chance was the meeting with Ségolène. She knew how to listen to us and understood our expectations. After a few days and to support our expectations, she presented us with a faithful picture as well as all the secrets of London. Backed by her experience, her professionalism and her attentiveness, she offered us several accommodation options that met our expectations. Available, she accompanied us throughout our stay and made herself available whenever needed. Ségolène is the person you are looking for!! Thanks again to her

GoogleMy experience with FTP has been excellent ! The team is very professional, has strong expertise in the RE market and was really pleasant to work with, making themselves highly available to assist me in the very complex flat buying process. I bought a beautiful flat thanks to them and cannot imagine having been able to land it without their much needed help as so many unexpected issues arise in those situations. It was extremely comforting to have their guidance and support during very stressful times where sellers can be ruthless, and as a first time buyer I had no idea of the type of strategies to play. I highly recommend hiring FTP, thanks very much for your help !!!
