Ségolène and Sophie gave us very good advice to direct us to the perfect neighborhood for schools and work! Sophie listened to us and was extremely available, dedicated and responsive to visit properties and provide us with remote reports via photos and videos. GoogleFrom the first telephone contact with Ségolène a year ago and until the visits in April with Sophie, I always felt confident, understood and well supported by the French Touch properties team. Another big thank you to Ségolène for the administrative facilities and to Sophie for the support. The peace of mind that FTP services offer is invaluable for moving to London! We already really like our house in South Wimbledon.

GoogleI wanted to thank FRENCH TOUCH PROPERTIES for their expertise. They supported us when we first moved to London in 2020 from France and most recently with our first purchase. We had such wonderful support from the team throughout all the stages. It was a great relief as they knew exactly how the whole process worked. I would 100% recommend them. Special mention and thanks goes to Alex, Segolene and Christophe.

GoogleI recommend 100%, excellent service from start to finish. After an initial briefing to define the scope of my research, it was Elise who accompanied me throughout the process: sending announcements, reporting on visits via photos/videos, always with an expert eye to share the good as the least good of each property, negotiation of the terms of the contract... until the signing of the lease. All without me having to travel. Even after a few twists and turns due to complicated landlords or unscrupulous agencies, Elise remained perseverant and optimistic until we finally found a property that ticked all the boxes! Thanks to her and French Touch for their help.

GoogleFrench Touch Properties help me find an appartement in London from Paris. The team made great videos to show the apartment and was very helpful during all the process. Great and friendly communication. Super reactivity. Their expertise and implication were the best and thanks to them I found a lovely new home in London.

GoogleFantastic services. We work with them even before arriving in London. They did visit and video and we could find an apartment even setting foot in the UK. They managed the contract review and negotiation as well as the communication with the management agency on some things that needed to be done in the place.

GoogleFP supported us in finding an apartment and settling in London. An extremely competent, attentive team that allowed us to make a smooth transition to a new city whose codes and procedures we had very little understanding of. The neighborhood and the apartment lived up to our expectations. We highly recommend the French Properties team.

GoogleSpeed, efficiency and professionalism are an example of quality that we can attribute to Ségolène and her team. Our expatriation would never have been as successful without French touch properties. I therefore highly recommend their services and especially Sophie who with her joie de vivre makes your questions clear.

GoogleI partnered with Segolene and French Touch Properties for 5 years after a move back from Asia. They have been excellent on all fronts, helped me navigate the local specifics of the market, were helpful and constructive with my landlord on various matters over time and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI can only recommend, we are delighted with French Touch’s services! What work, what listening, what availability. We were able to find an apartment remotely (with Whatsapp video visits) and with the "constraint" of having a dog (which makes things very complicated to be accepted by an owner...). Agathe then Victoria took care of our file, they were both very patient and persevering, and available all the time and fully to meet our expectations and meet all our criteria. We would not have succeeded without them, thank you again a thousand times!!!

GoogleI arrived in London at the end of October and encountered enormous difficulties in my search for a flat. The help of French Touch Properties was invaluable. My case was followed up Isaline Odeh. I was very impressed by her knowledge of London (the districts, the atmosphere, the differences with Paris ...). She is very passionate about her job and you can feel it when you talk to her. She helped me to quickly find a flat that met all my criteria (close to work, price ...). But above all, she helped me with my move and installation. To sum up, I recommend her !!!!
