We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleFirstly nobody picked the call , then first time he cut the call on my face and then another lady picked up the call and she was ok but didnβt able to satisfy with her answers.

GoogleMinus five star if I could. No one response after paying. but before they contact you ten times a day even after work times. I've rented a flat, paid two weeks before moving in and now three weeks after moving in still waiting for properties's issues. balcony door wont close, my son and pregnant wife have got a bad cold No one response

GoogleI was very happy with the service that foxtons provided to help me find a rental property in the area. Lisa Stottelaar was very understanding of our requirements and went out of the way to accommodate us during the viewings since we went to look at the properties with our baby girl. I would definitely recommend using fox tons to anyone looking to rent a property.

Dominic Best @ Foxtons took the listing at the original price and achieved close to asking. Their confidence in being able to deliver the numbers and professionalism from beginning to end of the process were of tremendous assistance.

GoogleIn August Foxton's have been advertising studio flats. I've emailed but never got a response back for a week, so I emailed again and didn't get a response back again. So I went to the store and receptionist couldn't find the flat in the system, although it was still advertised and I presented it to her. She then called someone and that someone within 10 seconds before even hearing the full details of the flat just said the flat has been let... ridiculous.
