I've been fortunate that since Ariana has taken over as the lettings manager things have been as smooth as silk. Businesses are made by the people who work there and since she joined things have been terrific. Responsive and proactive, and making a real difference.

GoogleWe sold our apartment through Foxtons with Thomas Watkins as our agent. Even though he’s fairly new, Thomas handled the sale with confidence and professionalism. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and kept the communication clear between both sides. Thanks to his efforts, we managed to complete the sale within just 3 months, which was a great outcome for us. Foxtons as an agency were very much to the point, direct, and focused on making the sale happen, which we appreciate. Wishing Thomas all the best in his future career.

He provided us with many options for rental properties, he was always positive and happy to assist us, and really put us at ease with navigating the tricky london rental market. Couldn’t recommend him & foxtons enough as they truly are dedicated in helping you find your home. A home that will suit your needs and budget not to mention! Couldn’t ask for anything better honestly! Outstanding experience.

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleI contacted Foxtons looking for a place to live ASAP. Joseph was super attentive and listened to all the details for what we needed. He waited so patiently while we toured a flat for almost an hour, but I think he sensed we needed something different. That same day, Joseph told us about a property that we thought would be perfect. It absolutely was! Paperwork and communication went smoothly. Everything was signed and done by the end of that same week. I can not thank you enough for all your help. This has been a wonderful experience. We are so happy to be living where we are now.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.
