Very poor experience. Bradley Jenkins, the agent, is solely concerned with signing the deal but not interested in assisting in any way after the move in. The day we moved in, the property had not been cleaned, the furniture we agreed to was not all there, and to top it off, there was no hot water. When I called Bradley to ask for assistance he basically said it wasn't his problem any more.

GoogleI had asked 3 other agents in the area to find me tenants back in October, and though they tried hard, they couldn't find me anyone suitable or the right offer Around 6 weeks after the flat was first vacant, I popped in to Chestertons on the off chance and asked Nikki if she could help. From the first conversation I was confident they could and indeed it wasn't long (around a week) before they found me a very nice tenant willing to pay a very fair rent, and just as importantly for at least a 2 year period. They really put my mind at ease and Nikki, Simon & Alexandra have been a pleasure to deal with. I just wish I has gone to them much sooner. So far so good, Thanks very much! C.Castaldo

GoogleWe recently bought a 3 bed flat in Chiswick through Chestertons and the whole experience was excellent. The agent we dealt with was Charlie Pearce and he was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, always available when I rang the office and he dealt with any issues I had in a very professional way. He was someone I immediately felt very confident in and he always delivered on his promises. Really impressed with the whole experience and would recommend Chestertons and Charlie Pearce without reservation

Awful agency with zero regard for tenants privacy, rights, or common courtesy. Extremely negative experience with them. Avoid at all costs. I would never consider them to purchase a house after their complete disregard for customer service to tenants.

Very bad experience with this agency. They promise the moon, but once you've signed with them is it the complete opposite, and they'll simply ignore you when you need them.

Don’t go with Chestertons or you’ll regret it. 4 renegotiations, to be told a week before I move for work purposes it’s not worked out. Horrible service, pressure sales, texts at 1am. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

GoogleWe had Matt O'Sullivan with us from Chestertons. He was extremely friendly and listened to everything we had to say. I felt like he was searching for the perfect home for us and not trying to sell us something he wants us to have. Each property he suggested for us got closer to what we needed and we felt very comfortable with him, you're in very safe hands with Matt! His cheery demeanour made us look forward to the viewings too! Good job
