We recently had some works done which Chesterton arranged and managed. Communication was good and our property manager (Olympia) stayed across the process and remained engaged through to completion. Ok to pay the fees when these things get done properly.

Another great experience with chestertons, specifically Nishaad, once again he found me a flat within a week and I only had to view one property. He knew exactly what I wanted and found the best option for me. A week later and all documents and formalities are done! Such a hassle free experience!

My husband and I have had a very easy time looking at property with Madi Doe. She is extremely punctual and sends new properties over consistently. Madi listens to what we want and has tried to fulfill everything we are requiring. The market has been quite a challenge but Chestertons team has been very helpful!

The deposit is not released, though I moved out a half a month ago.Update:Eventually deposit has been returned, but it was hard to do. As Landlord had to contact them a few times to make this happen.
