GoogleI recently purchased a home in Turnham Green through the Chesterton team. The agents (Charlie and Jack) were brilliant given the seller was quite a difficult elderly person. They went above and beyond most agents to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Even when there were little hiccups, the team swiftly problem solved and this was deeply appreciated. I thoroughly recommend the Chesterton team.

TrustpilotLetting managers lied and wasted time
Letting managers lied to both my tenant and me about details of the contract and dates. When I complained they said that it was ok as they had not wasted my money, only my time. I've tried to contact their head office 5 times to speak about this but nobody replied to calls, emails or the online chat.

Did not show up or answer calls at the time of scheduled appointment after having confirmed multiple times prior by email and phone.Edit - subsequently called 1 hour after missing the scheduled appointment to apologize and offer an explanation - which is better than no response at all.

GoogleWe worked with Archie from Chestertons in Chiswick who has a positive, friendly, can-do attitude. He ‘took us under your wing’ when another agent was on holiday and went out of his way to accommodate the viewing times that worked for us (even when he wasn't eligible for commission).
