GoogleThe letting agency provides exceptional service. George at Benham and Reeves was very thorough throughout the application process. All considerations were taken into account when reviewing the properties. Great attention to detail was given when finalizing/prepping the flat for our arrival. Would highly recommend for business professionals on a short visit, and individuals who want an "all-inclusive" living experience. Great amenities on-site, professional concierge, very secure and safe location with quick access to restaurants and transportation.

GoogleDelighted with the speed B&R went into action and sourced a new tenant. However, we were contacted by multiple strands from B&R and it was hard to work out where the various conversations with multiple prospects were at. It was not clear that one part of B&R knew about the activities of other parts so could present a unified voice on our options.

GoogleI have always found B&R to be most efficient and effective in the letting of my property. Most recently they alerted me that a tenancy was due to expire along with a 'recommended' monthly charge that I accepted and a new tenant was identified without a break.
