Googleattempted to illegally evict us a couple years ago because they signed contracts with new tenants before we moved out shoutout to George who kept seething and making claims we would be trespassed from the property because he thought we didn't know basic tenancy law shoutout to Lily who kept sending us emails baiting for a departure date when they realised we never gave one your emails are forever immortalised edit: lmao read up on what a rolling contract is, we were legally in the right and you sent many threatening messages and phone calls to try and scare us out. you also sent an invalid eviction notice that you had to rectify, are you going to pretend that was a lie? shall I share the emails here? are you so proud you can't apologise. sorry we didn't go homeless for your convenience

George and his team made the entire thing completely painless and so straightforward due to their high standards of customer care, independent knowledge of the Lettings process and property/complex we were interested in renting. As someone who is registered disabled, they have gone above and beyond their call of duty by providing additional support at extremely short notice. GoogleI submitted my request to arrange a viewing and received response in short period of time. Lily (letting agent) was able to arrange viewing the next day (Saturday) and I was able to move in one week later. Lily was very helpful explaining all the details and her responses to my questions were very promptly. The whole renting process (getting Landlord to accept my offer, going through credit / reference check and paying all the required fees) was very smooth and it was completed online. Then I needed to rent something and both Marc and Nick were amazing with helping me find my ideal place to live, They were extremely patient and listened to all my requirements and found the best property to suit my needs. I can honestly say it was lovely experience using Benham and reeves both as a landlord and as a tenant and because of Marc I have rated this branch 5 stars.

GoogleThe team at Benhams provide an excellent fully managed service for me as an owner renter of an apartment at Kew Bridge. A particular call out and thank you for Claire Greenwood and Konszuela Beringye who always go the extra mile to provide great customer service during tenancies and also in the transition phase between tenants, which can sometimes be a challenge. These ladies have looked after my rental for years and not only are they proactive but if something does go wrong (e.g. a piece of new furniture required or a service issue) they are on it swiftly and effectively to resolve and keep all parties happy.

We had a strict criteria which was quite extensive (near station, parking space etc) but she understood fully what we were looking for and found an apartment accordingly.
