GoogleGreat service from Barnard Marcus branch in Feltham, from start to finish. Very professional and excellent photos which gave that edge above other local estate agents. Worked very hard if organising viewing days and kept me up todate on the progress of the sale of our house. A special big thanks to Evan and his team (Aaron, Ajay, and Kecia) thank-you for making it as stress free as possible! Well done!

GoogleWe bought a property through Barnard Marcus. Amazing professionals! Would highly recommend them. In my case, they not only contributed as just intermediaries but were also trying to speed up the process by communicating on different levels with involved parties. So they really cared which is the most important, I guess! Special thanks to Kecia and Evan.

GoogleWe sort the services of Marina Nguyen, a mortgage advisor who works for Sequence, who is attached to the Barnard Marcus estate agents in Feltham. Marina went above and beyond to help us. We were first time buyers and we were not a straight forward case. However Marina managed to find us a mortgage for the best rates. She liased on our behalf and helped us with forms. Marina explained terminology and gave advice throughout the whole process. It was easy to keep in contact with Marina using emails. We will definitely be using Marina's services in future when we come to remortgage.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleA quick review to express our appreciation of the support that Barnard Marcus provided to us recently. We had a problem with a broken shower and Louise proved invaluable in helping to resolve the issue. She liaised initially with ourselves and the tenants. However, the problem proved to be more challenging than was first anticipated. Louise thoughtfully, and beyond the call of duty, contacted the manufacturers and made all the arrangements for a replacement shower unit to go in. She also managed to sort out some technical issues with the manufacturers, of which we had no idea how to resolve, Thank you Louise! G. and K, M.

GoogleHaving had extremely poor experiences at 2 other local companies I am so happy that I trusted my gut and went with Barnard Marcus. Right from the start I felt I was listened to, we were giving excellent advice and the customer service from Ben Simons in particular was far beyond anything I have experienced in any sector. The response time was instant and I never felt any ask was too much. This is what service should be and this is how easy selling a house should be. Thank you to the Team and thank you Ben!!

I will use them again in the future as my primary choice of Estate Agents.

GoogleSophie initially contacted us when we were already marketing our property with another letting agent. She asked if she could maintain contact should the letting of the property prove unsuccessful, which it did. Sophie was able to find us new tenants almost immediately and gave continued updates until contract agreements were signed. She has a most pleasant attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude which was most assuring in these matters.PositiveProfessionalism, Value
