Barnard Marcus helped out quickly and gave our moving in period much ease. Thanks to Sophie and Rebekah, our move happened within the week. We had many troubles with a previous lettings agent who took over a month of jumping over hoops, and not giving us the intended property, but luckily these guys came in to save the day! Also gave us a nice welcome gift which made us feel quite welcomed. Get Sophie and Rebekah a raise please!

My husband and I started the process of buying our first home together. We found a property that would have been perfect for our family, arranged a viewing and shortly after made an offer. At this point, we were told no other offers had been made. After chasing for several days, we were eventually told the first offer we made wasn’t accepted so we increased it by a considerable amount. Following that offer, we were told they’d update one of us within 48 hours. It’s been a month and we are yet to receive an update from any one … Updated: a few weeks ago we decided to contact the estate agents for an update on the offer we made. We were advised by 3 members of staff on 3 different occasions that selling the property has been put on hold, as requested by the owners. We were promised that when it is up and running again we would receive a call. I have just driven past the property and there is a SOLD sign outside. Online it says the same. Our offer was clearly not passed on to the owners and we weren’t given a fair shot to increase our offer if needed. I would never recommend this estate agents for buying or selling a property, all of them are extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

After trying to sell my property in Feltham area through a number of agents and having no joy, I was very happy with the swift and professional service that Barnard Marcus provided. After going on the market I had a great first open day attended by the the very knowledgable Nick, where we received multiple offers that were all handled and dealt with by the manager Evan very well. After accepting an offer we were also very impressed with the swift and secure sale process. Having every thing covered by Barnard Marcus meant we were able to focus solely on finding our next home which we have since done and are moving along nice with everything. Thank you Barnard Marcus!

Rebecca from letting is extremely rude and unhelpful. She was late for my viewing with no apology and didn’t let me know , told me she could not show me any other properties as she needs to take her lunch break and was extremely negative throughout the whole viewing. She gave the impression she did not want to do her job nor be present. Bernard Marcus used to be a great establishment with competent staff now I beg to differ. Bernard Marcus has gone down hill and your staff reflects that !

I appointed Barnard Marcus (Feltham Branch)to support the sale of my house, I expected the basic level of customer service this firm is famous for, however I was left extremely disappointed. I remain available for the regional/area manager to make contact with me to disclose some of the issues I encountered. I would not recommend this company if planning to use them to sell a house. To date no one from Barnard Marcus has made contact with me….. dreadfully for their brand…..do not use! Still no contact after 9 months from a regional manager to discuss the issues encountered….they’re clearly not keen on listening to customers’ feedback on their local branches’ (Feltham) performance.

Having used a different Estate Agent initially who weren't able to sell my property, Barnard Marcus provided a polar opposite service. They communicated clearly and frankly, understood my needs and delivered on everything they promised. If ever any queries arose, they were available to discuss over the phone or via email in a prompt manner. I would like to especially thank Marina Nguyen, the mortgage advisor for the excellent service that she had provided during our mortgage application process. I would rate Marina 5 stars for her patience in answering multiple queries from me and for her efficiency in dealing with the paper work. She has made the mortgage process stress free. Would recommend Marina to anyone for their Mortgage application without hesitation. With regards to the other team members in Barnard Marcus, I wish I could provide a similar feedback, but apart from the initial sales process, I received very little support in getting the right information. I had to scramble for information and the support provided from the relevant team didn't help in any way to reduce the stress, albeit I can say more stress had been added by the team by providing incorrect information. On the whole I would rate Mortgage service as excellent, pre-sale service is good, with regards after sales service i.e. from the point of sale agreed to completion, it's better to not have any expectations. I would suggest speak to the seller directly rather than relying on Barnard Marcus for information on your queries.

Despite shopping aound we were happy to use Barnard Marcus. You pay for what you get which is an outstanding service! The whole process is efficient and I would describe the service they provide as professional and customer centred. Evan works tirelessly to ensure your transaction runs smoothly. Nothing is too much work from him and his team, every query we had big or small was always responded to quickly and with as much detail as appropriate. The advertising of our property and viewings were arranged seemlesly which led to a quick sale - for a price far better than we expected. We do not plan to move again anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend Barnard Marcus to anyone considering selling their property.
